Alles was perfect!

No Spa. We were advised of that at booking. Room is very small. No fridge. The receptionist sent me the wrong way to the Metro. Very basic. Not suitable for tourists if you do not know the area and how to get to places.

Nice location, not too busy.
Breakfast was adequate.

The staff were very welcoming and kind.
Close to cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and small grocery stores.
The rooms were small but manageable and reflective in the price.
Was perfect to sleep in.

Very good
On arrival we were told spa and pool were under refurbishment which was disappointing as we would have loved to have used.

Kavita was super helpful!!!
Room was to small and there was no access from the parking to the Hotel and we had to go with our language around the Hotel.

Location was nice and the guy who checked us in was very helpful I didn't catch his name
I don't even know were to start with this review or hotel
we had a very serious issue firstly
They entered our room without our permission
we never had a sign on the door instructing them to clean it.
We stayed in hotels all over the world and didn't have the sign on the door and no one ever entered or cleaned our room until we instructed them to do so ever.
We had all our belongings on the bed, clothes handbags, make up etc.
They removed my handbag from the bed and moved it then
proceeded to move all items off the bed and dump them on top of my luggage all mixed up both me and my friends.
My friend brought her own towel the same colour as the hotel one that got removed and taken
her perfume bottle got smashed and broken and a top of another got damaged
The bedding was filthy and didn't look like it was changed the matteress had an odor. There was some hairs on the pillow and pubic hairs in the bed and the pillow cases were stained on arrival.
Really a very disgusting experience and one I certainly would not repeat. Avoid at all costs I wish I had. One of the very worst hotels I've ever stayed in EVER!
5.0
Good bathroom and shower, comfortable pillows. Nice pool.
The room was a little shabby for the cost. One bedside light missing, no in-room facilities like fridge or kettle. For price and quality, the hotel doesn’t compare favourably to other European city hotels.
7.0
The room itself. Nice and clean.
Breakfast was not good. There was hardly anything left to eat, when we arrived. And it was not even close to the end of breakfast time. a lot op people were disappointed. Missed chance

close to work
at breakfast there should be a microwave

Pool and facilities were brilliant and lovely staff!
It's definitely been lived in so it's not brand new but that's ok!

Rooms were compact but comfortable. No issues with noise.
The jacuzzi and pool in the spa was a nice treat at the end of a day exploring the city.
The bar was quite small and cramped considering the size of the hotel and service could have been better. The reception was covering the bar.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Close to peripherique and with easy transport links to central Paris. Super helpful and friendly staff. Car parking with (slow) EV charger. Self-service breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate. Nice bar area.
We did not use spa facilities.
10.0
The sauna, pool, jacuzzi, etc all easily accessible. The room was quaint and comfortable. The staff was also very nice as well.
3.0
tidy and clean
a lot of noises, poorly isolated from both inside and outside. Poor breakfast.

I like the fact that the hotel had a Jacuzzi and Pool. It was a good way to relax after a stressful day outside, even though you had to book ahead of time to have access. The room was relatively sizeable, even though there is no enclosed wardrobe for hanging your cloths. Nothing spectacular about the breakfast except the 'DIY' orange juice extractor.
Had a challenging early check-in. They insisted I pay an additional EUR80 to check-in at 10.30am even refusing vehemently my offer to pay slightly less. The man at the reception who claimed to have worked at the property for over 35 years was very aggressive in the demand for this early check-in fee, and showed no concerns to my requests for reconsideration.
The hotel will also do better to put some complimentary bottle of water in the room. I was so thirsty as I had some virtual meetings in the room, until I was able to step out to buy water.

elevator was out of order. walking up
three flights of stairs was difficult with luggage.

Hotel is situated about 40 minutes by metro from gard du nord (4,14) and is about 30-40 minutes including walking from the hotel to most attractions. Its also about 40 minute's walk to sacre clur It's close to shops (hypermache) and plenty of food places for either fast food or restaurant. Local area isn't too bad but just like most areas be visual of your surroundings
The hotel is worth it for the price compared to other hotels. It's also out from all the tourists areas/people who can get in the way or become quite annoying..
The staff were welcoming and always happy to help if there were ever an issue such as our hot water which on the second day decided on to work.
The lift can feel a little uneasy but works fine getting up and down otherwise you'll have to deal with steep stairs.
The rooms are small but pleasant with a small ensuit bathroom. They regularly cleaned the room and bathroom everyday if you didn't leave the sign on the door. Which was nice 5o come back to a fresh room. The bed is decent if a little firm. The pillows are very soft. could be feathers.
The wi-fi works well and so does the TV. There's only French TV channels (20+).
You can't really hear much from other rooms unless they are leaving their rooms or playing music and the elevator with can wake you up in the morning as people go for breakfast.. we were on floor 5 and had a okay view but don't expect to see the wonders of the world but still it's pretty.
Overall its not a bad hotel and would recommend it if you wish for a cheap and cheerful get around place to stay in paris
We booked for the spa facilities on the Sunday after a long day out. Unfortunately it was quite cold. They said the jacuzzi temp is 27 and the pool at 25. This felt alot cooler and so thought we'd try the sauna. But that felt cold as well. Shame. Didn't try again as we felt let down and didnt have the time.
beware that people leave dog muck on the pavement without cleaning up afterwards.
There is a fair amount of noise from the streets such as the emergency vehicle and horns but you shouldn't have an issue past 11pm.
There isn't much storage space so prepare to use your suitcase. This isn't a problem for me bur maybe some others.
