Excellent. Well recommended!

Reception is open long hours and staff are very friendly and helpful (and English speaking). Accommodation (room 322) was excellent, comfortable and everything worked!

Disappointing

The property had someone there at reception for 24 hours in case something is needed. The extra couch and roundtable was nice for added space.

Based on speaking with the property and the online photos, the in person experience did not match expectations. The facilities were worn / poor / raw wood, dripping airco, poor quality shower with the handheld piece just hanging and unable to be put anywhere while showering. The rooms are said to only be cleaned every 3 days. On the 3rd day they did not clean my room, and considering I was only there for a week only came once... Considering the amount of sand from the construction outside / beach this made for an additionally uncomfortable stay.

Strongly reccomend this lovely place

This place has very high quality, clean apartments, kind and helpful personnel. Price to quality ratio is extremely good. Small kitchen and useful features are included which is a big advantage during recent stay in Israel. Localisation is also perfect - a few minutes walk and You are by the sea. Very good

The place is ideally located and can be well accessed from the beach and also towards the city center. You can get a taxi easily, though now some work is going on which might last another two years. But is definitely a peaceful neighborhood and has some good restaurant options.

The place is now in the midst of construction but for me it didn't matter as it didn't affect me as I was familiar with the neighborhood from my previous visit.

Spacious room with kitchen unit in music-themed apartment building right in the middle of TLV‘s bar/restaurant district. Helpful staff that’s available 24/7 and responds quickly to any whatsapp message.

Very central location. Just a few minutes from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The apartment was clean and very cosy. In the first week of June, there was no any issue because of the constructions. If there was any noice, we could not hear anything with closed window.

stupidly overpriced and not worth it. feel like i got scammed. the price & photos was very misleading. i could have stayed in a 5-star hotel w ocean view for the same price as here (such as Leonardo Hotel which was same price and far greater experience).

Good

We’ve been there between 11 and 18 March, 2023, room 12, in front of the street. Simple yet clean and comfortable apartment, if it wasn’t for the noise. Partially due to internal causes: balconies have some metal parts, and this makes them noisy when it rains. In addition, windows do not close perfectly and let some open space. But the worst, that is not their fault, were the roadworks in Ben Yehuda str. They went on all the week, every single night except Friday and Saturday, all over the night (with a break between 00:30 and 4 a.m.). It was really a nightmare, and our ear plugs were not enough… So I strongly suggest to take in consideration this solution but ONLY after being ensured that roadworks have been completed.
