Sehr freundliches Personal, top renoviertes Hotel, super Lage, gutes Essen. Zimmer ausreichend gross, modern eingerichtet, mega Aussicht.

Le calme++

Outside was big and swimming pools
The lifts were too small and unpractical.
6.0 / 10.0
1. Restaurant & their staff, especially manager Francesco - understanding and helpful.
2. Animation team were excellent!
1. Elevators are VERY OLD and SLOW and SMALL and not sufficient you have to wait 10 min in a queue during peak hours (breakfast + dinner) to get up down. That is your vacation time! And if you are with small kids and trolley and cannot take stairs - this is something special!
2. Especially the "genius" reception - placed us on the last floor in the most far away room with the baby and trolley - thank you!
3. Beach next to hotel is rocky. If you want good beach prepare to walk around 400 meters. That makes it also complicated with the small kids.

Excellent views and location. I paid additional to upgrade for a higher floor Standard double room with Half board (which booking.com offered after reserving). Breakfast and dinner was fully European most of the times with lot of variety for a whole week. Beach is right at the door, with 2 building walk to sandier beach. The furniture is old but good. They had good entertainment options in the gala room after 9pm, but mostly kid friendly options, not many options for Adult couples.
No section for vegetarian / vegan / GF food. Our heater didn't work for the whole time and even complaining them twice, they said they took care of it but didn't change anything. Luckily the room temperature was still around 20C due to outside weather but we had to cuddle up in the blanket when in room. Twin beds slides all the time so not ideal for couples. Not many staff spoke English which led to confusion sometimes. Toiletries doesn't comprise of Toothbrush, conditioners, shower cap.

otel in Cala Millor and even though on my arrivals I have been told that the hotel is overbooked and I will have to stay one night in other hotel belonging to the same chain. As long I had somewhere to sleep I was ok with that. Lovely lady from reception Cati sorted me out quickly and understandable. Hotel as a compensation swapped me for better quality room, half board included ( my original reservation was breakfast only) and even a delicious compensation gift which was waiting for me in the room. The hotel which was a replacement for the first night was an amazing spa/hotel place, I basically had opportunity to stay in a palace! On the next day reception informed me as my room is available and I can move over there. The place was also great with incredible views and delicious food, and I mean for real delicious!! Food selection was great! Whole staff at the reception and restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate their efforts and I highly recommend the hotel if you’re planning your stay in Cala Millor!

Good price
Generally good, however the hotel is surrounded by masive hotels, there is no kettle in the rooms, the patio door was jammed and the steam room is not available.

Location quiet family friendly
Entertainment during day was bit on low, food sometimes was undercooked

The food was amazing
Stuff as well
Close to many cala's if you like visiting other places with own car.
Alive area with many shops and restaurants and activity centers
Too far from Palma with narrow roads that makes it stressfull to drive a rental there.
The beach sucks. Rocky. It was windy so not possible to swim at all as you risk to hurt yourself.
The buffet was as double expensive as our other hotel in Paguera. 23/26 euros per person. Laundry cost 14 euros for 3 kg and it was not well done..
Might be a better place in August or July when its not windy but not september.

The animation team was great, Alessandro was hilarious.
Really rude manager of restaurant that was picking on us just because we were young, the other elderly guests were treated good but not the younger ones.

great location directly on the beach walk but not in the crowded area. friendly staff, daily activities and evening shows , great cocktails with fair prices at the hotel bar. the hotel can get reached easily by public bus.
the elevator took a little longer. rooms where clean but had a vintage touch. there was no ingredients list at the buffet

Breakfast was good. Pastry and cake choices were really good. Location of hotel was very ideal with supermarkets, stores all within walking distance. Pool beds was easy and always available. Entertainment was good
Dinner was average on most days and was expecting little higher quality of food. Most sea food dishes were dry and overcooked. Elevator was not working right for almost whole stay. We took stairs almost everytime. This was specially difficult with my spouse falling sick and having to climb stairs everytime. Pool water was cold on days after rain. A little warmer water would be have been ideal. The whole hotel seems to cater to only german speaking people. It felt like we are in Germany and not spain. Many staff people spoke german first and did not understand english at all. The entertainment and all communications in hotel gave preference to german clients more. Rooms are very small and very outdated with electrical switch panels falling off. Had to move one chair to balcony to make room to keep out suitcase. Shower very small and crammed.

Lady at front desk at reception was great and very welcoming. All staff at front desk very very professional. Food was amazing and such a great selection. Location was great!
Extra sound proofing of doors as some of the other guests are loud when walking past rooms at midnight and talking loudly
