Met our expectations : resource, relax and enjoy the place.

Was just great! They could considering organising a larger place as it seems a lot of people like to have their breakfast there and can become very crowded. I would also suggest adding more big fans. But great service, well done!

A private little luxury 🏝️

The staff were fantastic and really did go above & beyond to make us feel welcome & comfortable. The villa was ridiculously spacious, clean & homely. We opted for the In Villa BBQ on our last night & highly recommend to anyone during their stay - our chef & waiter were phenomenal!

As a lot of other reviews stated, the property is VERY hilly, however we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a buggy to take us wherever we wanted to go.

A dream made true

This place is just the definition of luxury. Everything is amazing. We were in a spa and pool villa and it is difficult to describe the two story space. The living area is almos the size of a tenis court with huge sofa, eating table, working area, kitchenette area. We had our private spa room with two massage beds, steam sauna... The bedroom just a dream made true, two showers, one in and one outside, jacuzzi... And the pool and resting area... Your jaw drops... Then two breakfast spots, restaurants... And the best of all the service.

A wonderful, indulgent getaway,

We loved the experience given by The Pavilions. From check in to check out, everything was streamlined. The rooms were fabulous, the pool wonderful and all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was beyond their reach!

And iron and clock in our room would have been great - just to get the creases out of those linen pants and not have to go on our phones first thing in the morning!

Great value for money, super friendly and quick in responding. The food was good the restaurants were very nice.

The only point is the room and bathroom was little outdated but on the other hand very large and great bed.

Tropical luxury

Beautiful location amongst the tropical rainforest. beautiful gardens and attractive buildings. Proper coffee machine in the kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, whilst we were there the main pool was closed for renovations.

Enjoyable

Our 3 bedroom villa

Its needs major renovation in the loft , the pool tiles were falling off , the sockets need to be universal , the lighting needs to be improved in the rooms , we were unable to enjoy music while in pool since no modern systems were available , breakfast is basic and needs improvement everyday same menu and same range of fruit dispite thailand having all the seasonal fruit.

The hotel staff ensured our stay was absolutely memorable. The drop-off and pick-up service with the buggy was consistently prompt, exceeding our expectations and eliminating any prolonged waiting periods mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast was superb, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

Never ever hesitate to stay at this place

This is my second visit & second stay in pavilions phuket two years in a row .. This place made my honeymoon an exceptional experience.. the view of the room was perfect, breathtaking ocean view, very quiet & safe , service on fleek .. they prepared a celebration cake & treats upon check-in & Mr. Methew helped my husband is preparing for my birthday celebration .. all staff were super nice & helpful Will never think about changing the accommodation at anytime I visit phuket again .. i am planning to stay at the pavilions Nepal soon

Despite a few issues we are likely to return to this beautiful property

Very comfortable spacious room. Thai meals at the Firefly restaurant were very very good. Transport staff and restaurant staff were superb. Reception staff were not as helpful as they have been in the past.

Some technical issues that needed addressing as maintenance was a little lacking compared to our previous stays.

Breakfast is like any hotel in Thailand, only eggs, and the rest is not suitable for Arabs

Breath taking facilities and views!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely stunning private villas with views. They also offer a free shuttle into the touristy areas around the beach. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine.

Nothing. It was so stunning. If you are booking to be close/walking distance to the tourist areas this isn’t the right place to pick.

We did not get our room on time, we where there 14.00 and check in was at 15.00, we didnt get acess to our villa until 15.30 because of some issues with the villa, when we arrived they where still cleaning it seemed.

We knew we would be coming back and it was again perfect

If you really want to experience to the max this hotel don’t hesitate and go for the ocean view villa. The views are just amazing, floating breakfast and in villa bbq are just two of the top offerings The Pavilions has to offer. We enjoyed them so much! Worth to mention the service, friendly and efficient. In summary: probably we will come back :-)

It is true, the rooms need some renovation (some of them are already renovated but come with a higher price). But this is really complaining at a a very high level. Maybe one little thing more :-) I did not get an answer from Louise (management team) to the question if the dresses like the receptionist were wearing were for selling as they really like them!! Again this is a very small detail but I think details are important :-) overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good. apartments were spacious and well appointed.

very good location relative to the airport and amenities we very much enjoyed having our Villa spa room helpful and friendly staff enjoyed the views and drinks at the 360 bar

not close enough to a beach the infrastructure is starting to look tired and in need of a refresh limited tv channels - would have been nice to have Netflix available

Just perfect.

We asked for an upgrade and got a villa with a private pool. Absolutly stunning! It was a perfect stay, with an absolute lovely staff. 10/10. Also many thanks to Louise for her kind support every morning. We’ll definetly come back next year. All the best to you and the team.
