Customer privacy is not protected SUCH BAD

When I walked to the front desk to check in, I saw that the staff had put a large stack of customer information in front of me, and there were people next door taking pictures. In addition, when I asked the staff for information, they were arrogant towards me and gave perfunctory answers without looking at the content of the messages I gave her. When I asked why I didn't know the details of my question and then responded to me, she told me that she just knew, but the truth was that she didn't know at all :)))

地理位置优越，交通便利，早餐除了菜品略单一，卫生条件及服务都不错，工作人员服务到位，能迅速完成工作，👍

客房没有通风口，卫生间没有换气扇，所以客房空气不止潮湿，还会有异味！这大大影响了住宿体验！中央空调老旧，打开后声音很大，严重影响睡眠！

The location was close to the public street and close to the ship supermarket Elvin. The room was enough for only two people, not more.

The reception treatment is uncomfortable and uncooperative when asked and the bathroom is enough for one person only because it is very small. The food is not varied for Muslims only fruits, eggs, croissants, white rice and cornflakes. The pool is ok.

Exceptional

Nothing to complain about, really; everything was great. The staff was polite and helpful, the mattresses were comfy, the swimming pool was lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. They provided us with a little bed for my infant free of charge. Ibis Pattaya is highly recommended for a family vacation in Pattaya; my family thoroughly liked our stay there.

best location, value for money, staff with service mind. just a little things to improve

bath towel is new, odor free and clean. Room is small but functional

there were electricity interruption and blackout in early morning causing air conditioning system failure. There is no power socket near bed for phone charge and cpap machine for people with sleep apnea

Clean comfortable and well located

The Room was better than I expected. It is basic in facilities but clean and comfortable with helpful stuff. When I checked out I left behind a phone charger. When I discovered this two or three hours later, I managed to telephone the property and to my amazement the charger was swiftly located, so that I could go back and collect it. This is more than I expected

The worst thing is that the bar closes at 10:00 p.m. That is about the time that I wish it to be open for me. In previous visits It was open and was a great facility. The other problem with the difficulty in calling the property by telephone. It is extremely hard to get through the Ibis system. It took me several attempts to make it work once. It would seem that the main telephone system runs through Bangkok, and that was closed because it was a weekend. That is very irritating

The staff were nice. Nice location. Close to many attraction places.

The water pressure of the badet was too high and wasn't able to adjust. They need to put more lights and change the light color. The bulbs were yellow color and we weren't able to see properly at night. The television wasn't working well either.

Not worth the money

Excellent location - close to the sea and malls

Very small tired room. The paint is peeling off, the laminate has dispersed, there is no sound insulation. The pillows are terrible and the old bed linen with holes.

it’s was great stay

I like the support from receptionist team specifically Ms.Sugar, for her welcoming and she was so supportive and helpful with us during our stay and all the issues have been sorted out immediately by her.
