Great place for great place for families with beach and location

Amazing family, friendly hotel with superb stuff, specially WaWa from restaurant. Excellent knowledge with the menu and great communication skills, she’s a great asset for the hotel We did really like everything and there is nothing to complain about Great kids room, and gym with nanny available

Déçue que notre famille ne soit pas regroupée malgré le fait qu’il y est 2 chambres

Les infrastructures

j’ai trouvé trés désagréable de réserver pour 5 personnes d’une même famille et d’être séparés géographiquement et de ne pas avoir accés aux mêmes infrastructures ; en effet 2 personnes n’avaient accés qu’à 1 des 2 piscines et a priori pas acces à la salle de fitness et les 3 autres avaient accès à tout .

A great place to stay while in Nai Yang beach

We've stayed here now 4 times and the pool villas represent excellent value for money.

Very convenient for airport and very close to beach which was nice for walking and a swim.

Great location very near beach and only 5 min drive to airport but no noise from planes

The pool was a bit tired, we used the beach instead for swimming.

Great stay overall

The Grand Pool Villa was fantastic. A real oasis. Resort great location. Quiet but easy access to beach and restaurants/ massage.

Need to replenish food at breakfast. Without guests having to ask constantly. Need a-deep clean in the Deluxe room toilet we stayed in.

Wir kommen wieder.

Das Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels war ausnehmend nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend. Poolanlage sehr gepflegt. Poolbar immer besetzt und sehr gute Cocktails. Der Strand fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr schöner flacher Sandstrand. Es war alles perfekt.

Отличный отдых в своей вилле

Мы бронировали виллу с бассейном и это был правильный выбор. Мы много времени проводили в своем небольшом, но уютном бассейне. Еду заказывали в отеле и нам все понравилось, было вкусно и по цене нормально. Хороший массаж делают в спа, правда очень дорогой. Вкусные завтраки в отеле. Можно взять бесплатно велосипед и покататься по парку.

Велосипеды-здорово, но их давно пора обновить, они уже ржавые. С одного я чуть не упала, потому что выпал руль… Пляж плохой. Море шикарное, волн не было, вода чистая, красивая, но пляж грязный. Еще прямо напротив отеля более-менее, но шаг в сторону и полно мусора, хоть это место считается заповедником. Да, и лежаков нет тоже, так как все это территория парка. От отеля 1 минута и ты у моря, все удобно. Завтраки вкусные, но из-за персонала (либо мало людей, либо плохо работают) постоянно всё заканчивалось и по долгу не докладывали блюда.

Good place near the international airport

1. Biggest plus point is that the resort is 5-10 mins to airport. 2. The resort is next to a national park and a beautiful beach. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. Staff was cordial and approachable.

1. Far from Phuket town, and road from resort to town have heavy traffic in the mornings and evenings. 2. We had taken two bedrooms suite and the accommodation had a AirBnB condo feel than a resort vibe. There were 3 TVs, not a single one was a smart TV, gym was inaccessible, view from the room was nothing to write home about. 3. Room phones were not working so need to send message through the hotel app for any query. Lots of to and fro messaging needed to resolve any issue which was somewhat frustrating. 4. Most of the reception staff was not very conversant in English so we got limited inputs on local attractions related guidance.

Phuket is an exceptional beautiful place in earth

A great location before traveling back home , because it is just 5 minutes drive from the airport. Having a private swimming pool is one of the main advantage of this hotel The beach is near . It is just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Poor breakfast which need more improvement The sliding door was not functioning However, the villa with pool was really an excellent option

The staff was friendly, especially the restaurant staff. I liked the TV gave you access to YouTube. It is close to the beach and lots of massage parlors. 7-Eleven is a 2 minute walk.

The Kids Club and the gym did not smell nice. The cleanliness could be improved significantly.

Easy pickup from the airport, good breakfast buffet, and great location.

Too much paperwork and forcing us to download an app at reception. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room.

Great spot for a short stay - close to the airport.

Pool villa are lovely - well-appointed and very comfortable. Pool looked inviting but because we had our own we didn't use it. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Across the road from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants.

The location of the kettle etc was awkward and meant that you had to make your tea/coffee in the bathroom. Everything else was great.

Lovely property, close to the beach. most comfortable bed I have slept on apart from my own.

we had a garden pool villa and it was infested with mosquitoes. it made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the garden because we were bitten so much. The breakfast also has a good selection but every morning out of the 4 we were there despite what time we got there most food was gone and it took a very long time to be replenished.

It's a great place to stop, get coffee, and look at the shoreline

There is an additional cafe on site called Lavazza (formerly Bread and Butter) that has some bites, ice cream, and some lunch dishes and tons of seating and outlets at each bar seat if you are working remote from here

borring safety place for extra money

1. comfortable and certainly quite area looks like private garden with stone bungalows. 2. Decent residents. 3. Close to the beach. 4. Friendly stuff, especially Tom on reception desk.

loved the whole thing but my favourite bit has to be taking a bike and walking to the airport to watch the aircraft land

Such friendly staff from the minute we arrived helping with parking car and luggage 🧳 The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful providing me with gluten free bread. There’s free bicycle hire so you can cycle in the National park.

Breakfast was a bit limited but for the price we paid, I think this is not an issue and sit right near the reception desk as this seat has dappled sunlight and a bit of
