Very nice hotel in a fantastic location in Marylebone. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Good hotel bar. Room was decent without being anything special.
The room was slightly small and the bathroom could do with an upgrade, but these are fairly pedantic criticisms.

It has a central location and the rooms were clean and quiet
A National newspaper reported its hygiene certificate was a 2 (bad for a 4/5* central London hotel - a score of 5 being the best) so we cancelled breakfast. The reception staff had no idea what I was talking about which I found quite concerning. Genuinely puzzled and provided the catering managers food certificates when I asked about the kitchen hygiene. It was bizarre.

Breakfast buffet was very good

Location is ok.
Weird rooms that do not look like the website, seems more like a house bedroom than a nice hotel. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get, a holiday inn is a similar (if not better) standard but 60% of the price.

Hallway was not cleaned properly.

It was good in the end
The photos used for the superior room were actually of the deluxe room. So on arrival, it was a bad shock. After discussing it with the reception staff, they were good about it and we were eventually given a 'complimentary upgrade' to the deluxe room later in the evening. They seemed embarrassed by it as many guests experience the same shock (so I'm told). I felt bad for the staff as no doubt their sales team put them in this position regularly. Anyway, it was eventually fine but it did risk railroading our celebratory anniversary weekend in London. The superior rooms are not good value at all. Only go deluxe or higher.

Loved the location and the few small issues we had were recified by the staff.
The beds were not that comfortable.. we actually asked to be moved from one room because the mattress was so bad. It was better when we moved but i still think this hotel could invest in some more comfortable mattresses and bedding.

Staff were very friendly and looked after me. House keeping arranged me extra blankets as it was February and cold. I am gluten free and the chef made sure my food was 100% GF which made my work trip 100% less stressful not having to worry about finding food.

Excellent facilities. Room was very good and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. An excellent choice for breakfast and service was excellent. Perfect place to spend a few days in the Marylebone area with many attractions within walking distance.

Spotlessly clean room and location is great.
Room size was small, though not excessively so by London standards.

The staff were very helpful, the original room was too small but this was changed for a larger room which was good .
The location is excellent
The restaurant was really poor . We booked dinner on our first evening which turned out to be a major disappointment .All courses were of a low standard but the main course in particular was dreadful( we both had the same main course ,lamb shanks which were not cooked properly and as a result inedible ) ), the only thing we could enjoy was the wine !!
We have stayed at hotel before when the food was very good but not this time . Breakfasts were also not very good , the coffee in particular was weak and often cold . Please note the problems with dinner were recognised and our bill was reduced but this was poor compensation for a really bad experience

The front desk ont desk was helpful with our request.
My daughter's sweatshirt was missing from our hotel room. We notified the front desk manager Razvan several times during our stay. He assured us that the hotel would contact us however, we have not heard back since we left the hotel and returned home - it's been 5 weeks. I have emailed Razvan and the hotel twice with no response.
