Superb Staff
Room and bathroom were tiny.
4.3
The authentic blending of seven original London townhomes was so well executed, especially because it had so many wonderful modern touches built in for today’s discerning traveler. Everything from the incredibly kind and well trained staff, to the delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and mixologist at the bar was beyond our expectations! A firm favorite!
It was ideal
4.3
good breakfast, good location,
the room and the bathroom were very small and there very litle closet space and no shelves or drawers, if I was not traveling alone it would have been impossible to unpack

I love this hotel! Check in was easy and helpful. Room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was great, and the K Bar is an exceptional venue.
4.3
The staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable
The bathroom was incredibly small and the lighting was diabolical. The shower was so small it was hard to turn around in it (and I'm a small person) and the shower head badly aligned so that water sprayed all over the shower rather than just in the designated area. There were no drawers in which to put my clothes that didn't need to be hung in the wardrobe, which meant that I had to leave my suitcase out for the whole duration of my stay, making the "cozy" room extremely small. The housekeeping staff started early, which is fair enough, but despite the fact that I had the do not disturb sign on the door, they talked incessantly in the corridor outside my room and even had their mobile phones going off. Very unhelpful when trying to get over jet lag.

Non
Bad Hello, I would like to inform you that I was a guest in room 305 and room 304 with my family, and the first night I found an insect on the bed. The receptionist was informed and took a picture of the insect. The manager on duty was summoned at night and promised me to make a report and change the room, but this did not happen. It caused me allergies and pimples in my body, which forced me to go to the pharmacy for the necessary treatment because of it. Unfortunately, the room was not changed and there was no apology for what happened. I wrote this letter as a statement while preserving my right to stay, and this will cause me no financial consequences or loss. I hope that the hotel management will take the necessary measures to preserve my legal rights as a tourist. A guest is harmed by what happened, otherwise I will be forced to upload the video clip and pictures of what happened in the hotel review on the booking website .

Value for money 8/10

Location and decor was awesome!
My room was small for the price and couldn’t open bathroom door all the way.
4.3
Location, the ambiance of the hotel
Room is so small not worth the value of money, no mirror in the room ,
no side lighting, its either all lights are on together or off together.
4.3
Lovely first floor, lavish furnishings
Man at the front entrance was amazing and the staff were well dressed and helpful with ordering taxis
Expensive breakfast for what we got, buffet was smallest we’d seen the whole trip. My eggs Benedict was expensive, tiny and the hollandaise sauce was not pleasant, didn’t eat it all and it’s my favourite meal on earth
Rooms are super small and we got a view of brick walls

Amazing location
It was perfect

Service in the bar was brilliant
I didn’t like the fact that you held authorisation for £1460 for a full month yet I paid the account in full the next day meaning my bank account is minus £3000
4.3
breakfast was costly (£37.50 per head) and very slow, almost an hour to get served (looked like only chef employed)
4.3

Perfect location, friendly staff, accommodated my son’s birthday and it was overall an amazing experience!
nothing, it was absolutely lovely all around
4.3
the Entrance with its flower arrangement along the street were beautiful and all the staff at the entrance and in the reception were great.
the room had windows facing the side street (Manson Pl) and every morning we woke up by the garbage collector followed by another van picking up empty glass bottles.
The rooms next to this one probably face the same problem with lack of sound isolation.
4.3
The lounge is as usual lovely and very comfortable, Apart from the very pleasant lounge, the best thing about the hotel is the pleasant and helpful staff. Combined, these two qualities do make it feel like home.
The menus have shrunk post-Brexit and they use industrial bread for toast with no choice of wholemeal bread. As for the room, it was really too small, even for the lower end of their price range with hardly any space to move. The padded carpeting is exaggerated so that getting up in the middle of the night one tends to get unbalanced without holding onto something. Too much of a good thing can be too much.
4.3
The friendly and attentiveness of staff.
check-in was easy, simple and staff were super friendly from the moment the door was opened for us entering. The attention to detail was superb. The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment we entered!

room was very cold and old - needs a refresh.

Beautiful hotel, clean, glamorous, excellent location. Staff are beyond helpful, food is amazing and the bar is great, an abundance of choice of drink and festive cocktails. When we stay, we stay at Christmas, decorated festively, warm and cosy! We absolutely adore this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when travelling to London.
There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
4.3
The hotel is so beautiful, and elegant. We went at Christmas time and it was decorated so beautifully.
The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming, nothing was to much to ask.
Location is great for just walking around or hopping on a tube to do some shopping.
4.3
the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are so helpful all the time
if I was late out of my room the housekeeping didn’t refresh the room as well as they could
