Las vistas desde la habitación la comida el espectáculo en la noche la piscina las hamacas comodisimas la cercanía a la playa...la cocinera colombiana que hacia los huevos revueltos era muy simpática...aló contrario de un camarero que está en la zona de las ventanas que era muy agrio y con cara de pocos amigos

El cocinero de alado de las ventanas con mala cara siempre...

Geweldig verblijf in een iets verouderd hotel op zeer mooie locatie

Het hotel ligt op een schitterende locatie en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en zeker volledig

Jammer dat de sportschool (gym) pas om 10:00 's morgens open gaat, zodat je pas na het ontbijt kan gaan trainen Verder was er 's nachts veel herrie bij het legen van de glascontainers die op het plein naast het hotels staan

enjoyed our stay but looking at other hotels I feel its falling behind the curve

paying for room safe, paying for pool towels, having paid for a room suite these costs felt silly and unnecessary there was too much to piece your breakfast together, so many places to visit to get toast, eggs, coffee etc, by the time I sat down it was cold. we have been here twice before so clearly we do like it but the food did not seem as good as previous visits the room we stayed in, bath tub didn't work, bath plug didn't work. telly didn't work, fridge didn't work, it felt tired

Highly recommended the hotel.

We stayed there from 27th Dec till the 2nd January. The atmosphere was amazing. The new years eve Gala Dinner was nice but very expensive.

The cooked breakfast was cold. Eg baked beans, bacon, etc. The new silver containers do not keep food hot.

Oaza spokoju i elegancji

Hotel w tzw starym stylu ale bardzo dobrze zaaranżowany. Wystrój świąteczny super elegancki .Widać rękę fachowca który dba o wystrój i niesamowitą zieleń która tworzy atmosferę hotelu. Teren zadbany z widokiem na morze.Oaza spokoju i dobrej atmosfery do relaksu. Piekny widok z sali jadalnej na wschód słońca wyłaniającego się z morza.

Myślę ze pokoje może na taki trafiliśmy są bardzo małe i łóżka były mało komfortowe

Bring your own iron and flippers for the bathroom

I’d say this hotel was 2/3 star at most! Floor was abit dirty when I arrived in my room… the shower wasn’t great as it floods the floor…. And I asked for an iron and they said they don’t do irons…. How was I meant to iron my clothes from my luggage… I’ve stayed in hotels in India that are 1/2 stars in a 3rd world country and they provide irons!!! And this was supposed to be 4 star hotel

Beautiful hotel, very clean, just rude and unfriendly staff

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean and the breakfast room is incredible. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Not so much the reception staff.

The staff are very unfriendly and even rude. We paid for a frontal view and got a side view. I was told if I didn't like it...leave. We also paid for the security box in the room. Ours was broken and requested 3 times to have it fixed, was told someone would be up to fix it and no one ever came. I have been refused the payment back for it even though I took pictures of the broken box.

Location is perfect.

No Dash box in the room. Only Sanitary small ban in the bathroom. Safe box is costly everyday! Is this 4 stars?

Great hotel in the best location

This hotel is in the middle of the carihuela beach - between Torremolinos and Benalmedena marina - perfect location. The rooms are a bit dated but the location is perfect.

Nothing at all The place is so old and uncomfortable Everything is so old and in a bad conditions You can hear all the noises inside outside Wind, cars even people talking outside in the street

Solo break

It was well located, right on the beach. Really good breakfast and dinners. (I don't understand some of the negative reviews for the food, which I really enjoyed.) The dining area had stunning views. Helpful staff, particularly at reception. Rooms were airy and clean, with nice balcony spaces. The facilities were good, lovely pool and poolside areas, good spa facilities.

Guests could be given more access to the spa, particularly when it is not busy. The rooms were a little dated but they were nice and well maintained. Dinner might end a little bit later than 9.30pm.

It is a 4* hotel because of it's location and the staff. Food is not good. Even breakfast is a dissapointment. Expensive for what you receive in return really.

Great hotel with grat location, facilities, and food.

Great facilities, the room, and beds were very comfy, and the buffet dinner and breakfast were very good with a lot of options. Location right at the beach at Torremolinos. You could not ask for more. An extra perk was the hotel bar where a fantastic piano player played every night and on Friday night there was a Flamceno group performing a fantastic performance. We did not have time to try out the spa but it looked really nice.

There could have been more elevators than just one at the back of the hotel (but I don't mind walking either so it was not a big problem) and it felt kind of old/shaky.

Relaxing holiday by the sea

We liked the overall atmosphere, location close to the sea & the train station, food (especially dinners), spa facilities, and the live music performances in the evening. Very clean hotel.

If you want to go to the gym or enjoy indoor swimming in the morning or evening, that’s not possible. The gym opens only at 10 am and closes already at 7 pm. There were no kettle, bath robes or slippers in the room. However, you can rent a kettle with 15 €.
