As a Marriott member, I have to stay it’s one of there most beautiful properties and can’t forget about the champagne ba

The 2 bedroom residences are very spacious and well kept.

It was very difficult to get coffee and cream replaced every day as I get up early and like to enjoy a coffee on the patio. Need better attention to details not just clean the room.

A 5 star place with pristine beach, wonderful restaurants and facilities and superb staff

Impeccable property and first class service. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for restaurants for the breakfast at the O Grill. Corda grill & Mare restaurant on the beach were both wonderful. Didn't get a chance to try the others but they all looked great. Can't recommend the place highly enough. The property was huge and having the shuttles on demand was very handy.

Can't think of anything. It was all good.

Location, range of restaurants, swimming pools, golf, tennis & padel

Sofa bed very uncomfortable & needed extra mattress. No tea towel or kitchen roll supplied. in what is luxury accommodation. Footpath lighting inadequate in places. Golf expensive and hire of spiked golf shoes unnecessary. Dress code at golf different for people accompanying golfers. Golf on course lesson at peak time created large backlog. Only one padel court-difficult to book.

Beautiful grounds, comfy rooms, efficient and friendly service.

Some of the prices on the resort feel too high, even allowing for the ‘luxury’ tag. The food at the steak house was average.

The place itself is great. A lot of things to do.

The check in was a little bit slow. This system with the towel counting / towel cards is really strange and something you’d never expect for this level of pricing.

Nice resort but not great value for money

Lots of swimming pool options, beach close by, shuttle bus with very friendly staff all round. Apartment well equipped, comfy beds and cleaned daily.

Food and drink prices complete price gouging (e.g. 10e for 1 smoothie), something kept downing a trip switch, think it was the toaster, when I rang they took the toaster but never brought a replacement. No sun on the balcony ever due to location and building shade. Resort very big so takes a while to get your bearings on it all. Football academy very expensive 70e for 2 hours for 1 child, playground would not let our 2 year old play in the indoor area where the kids clubs is even though nobody in it at all, think it should be more flexible to allow if the kids club are not using it for periods of time.

amazing experience

love the location, there were so many option for food. the apartments we stayed in was absolutely stunning. great pool amazing vibe.. felt very luxurious staying at pine cliff… it’s a world of its own. we went for my sisters hens for a chill weekend and couldn’t have picked any other place. will definitely be back.

the pool bar was slow at serving but the staff were nice.

expectations were high but not met.

the apartment was in bad condition generally with things falling a part. the worst part was the big light in the shower falling while I was bathing. it is supposed to be family friendly but the pirate boat zone was closed and without activites (in the website it said it was open during carnival season.

Great place for a family holiday

just how big it is and so much to do, the architect did a great job building this. it was clean and tidy too

Very very disappointing,have stayed on previous occasions

Did not have breakfast Thought the mini market would be open, Hence avoiding the huge queues Prefer to buy our own milk bread and cereals Without a taxi trip out of resort Closure of the mini market a huge disappointment!!

We had a fabulous time, the staff were so kind especially to my children & that’s really important.

The grounds were absolutely stunning. So many things for my children to do. The bedrooms/apartments were absolutely spotless and cleaned everyday. We had a utility room so I could wash or iron which was fantastic. The pool was heated which was great when bringing my baby in. The pool staff were fabulous & so kind.

That the sun beds weren’t washed down at night. The que for breakfast can be very long. More of a variety for the pool side menu is needed. Price of food is very expensive. It’s hard to get a reservation in restaurants & shuttle busses are sometimes hard to get.

Location of the apartment within the complex- the residence is right by one of the best pools in the resort Breakfast good quality Bedding luxurious

staff are excellent ..apartments are v clean ..the lack of recycling for domestic waste and calling a shuttle did annoy

clean comfortable and very well maintained..pool & beach areas are really lovely..

recycling facilities on site are non existent..and in order to get around the resort u have to ring a shuttle car (taxi) in our case up to 5 times a day..instead of the electric train which used to drive around on a loop & was much more efficient and environmental..think new management are lazy to upgrade certain areas..

relaxing beautiful holiday resort

This is the 3rd time staying in the residence part of pine cliffs and the 5th time we’ve visited, it’s a fantastic place to stay, from the private beach to the beautiful scenery, there’s something for everyone.
