For an allergic person, strong smells, dust, yeast smells, cigarettes’ smells was were good, levels were neutral. Room cleaning 10 points from 0-10. Breakfast/dinner service was above average level. Well done guys!

Backside view was unique, depending on your taste. Personally, I didn’t like that side of the village on my window. Air-conditioner no remote control in my room.

A simple, but cute hotel, with a great location and nice staff.

Number one thing we loved would have to be the location. The hotel was quite central in the small town of Monte Real, within a 10 minute walk of everything you might need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and gave us good suggestions on places to visit and have lunch. The room was simple, but comfortable. The common areas were pleasant and well decorated.

Dispute being well prepared, there were only two or three options at dinner. There could be more options to choose from. The pool area could be more thoroughly clean and looked after.

Excellent experience, we will definitely return, namely in the winter.

The room and the common areas were very spacious, simply decorated, with a lot of natural light. The swimming pool is great, the water is heated and very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

The cleaning staff could be more discrete.

Everything else, especially the pool and the room.

Super noisy at 4 a.m (kids running on the upper floor). That isn’t the property’s fault, but it’s something we didn’t like. Also, we could hear people snoring in the room next to ours. Breakfast was a little disorganized due to Covid rules and staff was a little bit rude.

Superb

Very nice place with breakfast included and indoor pool. Room with balcony and big bathroom.

We called before booking to make sure that we price and availability were correct. The front desk lady told us that there was a much higher price for the night and ignored that we were booking through booking website. We made the reservation anyways and everything went smooth after that.

Exceptional

Quiet and peaceful. Air conditioning was working in the room but temperature regulation was not. So only fan speed selection of off. Nevertheless room temperature was good. Parking space was not an issue and free. Didn't test the wifi thought

Something to watch carefully is the bath tube. Too slippery even for a person of my age. Dont recommend using by eldery unless some type of rugged mat is used on both the bath tube and the bathroom floor when leaving the tube.

Quiet and clean

The hotel is quiet, clean and cozy. It's well located and the decoration is minimal and funcional.

Poor breakfeast, bland bread and fruit, bitter coffee and no available options for vegetarians. WiFi is almost non existent.
