The staff we wonderful, top notch ! We stayed two days, went to Galway for two days then came back. This is what we got welcomed back with: a tray with welcome back and some delicious treats !

The location was excellent. The lounge areas were comfortable and clean
Registration was not good and communication on how car parking and dropping off luggage was not clear.
The opaque bathroom door that doesn’t lock is a strange set up. The shower was good but I’d like a shower head that can be detached, height adjusted.

Location was great, only few minutes walk from train station and 5-10 minute walk towards street with all the bars
At breakfast there was continental or menu, you had to pay extra if wanted both

Location was excellent, staff were friendly, and it was spotless.
The room was a little small, the wardrobe was right next to the bed was a bit of a tight squeeze but nothing to worry about.

Staff were great and friendly.
Windows dont fully open and rooms get very hot even with fans.. Had issues with our rate on arrival which we had to highlight but was rectified. Had issue with first room which was dark, stuffy and beside noisy fans. This was rectified.

Location was excellent
Room was extremely hot, a fan was provided thankfully as it would have been I pizza to sleep without it. Even with the window open it did not help much! Room was small for a triple, very little space to move at the end of the bed. We were there for just one night so it didnt matter much to us but would have made a difference for a longer stay.

The beds were comfortable, location was great, city was 2mins walk. Room was clean
The lobby lights were flickering and there was garbage like smell in the lobby, we informed the reception about it. They were kind and let us know that it will be fixed in the morning. There was no way to control room temperature, so it was very hot in the room as we went in summer.

Staff were very friendly & helpful, I left some Jewellery behind in room & a member of Staff ran after us to the Coach station to give it back to me, just wonderful !!!

Breakfast was first class and dinner in restaurant also very nice.
Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - especially Patrick who was fabulous host.
Ideal location for walking to shopping and pubs.
Reduced rate car parking 2 mins away was great also.
Room was comfortable but noisy as builders outside (outside hotel control I know)
A fridge in the room would be nice or a vending machine with cold drinks / snacks would also be a good idea.

Excellent location.
Lovely bar staff
Room wasn't ready for check in
