Les Petites Roches: Residence "Centaure". On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 900 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 6 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 4 km, sports centre 4 km, skisport facilities 6 km, ski school 6 km, children's ski school 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, ice rink 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. The chalet is situated in the middle of the residence.
3-room apartment 105 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor, south facing position. Partly renovated in 2018, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds. Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, small balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

La location est un bel endroit , mais le tarif n’est pas justifié : Absence de TV portes extérieures a fermeture capricieuse chauffages qui semblent défier toutes les logiques de réglage sèche serviette en sdb condamné Aucun équipement pour faire sécher les vêtements : pas pratique quand on rentre des pistes ! Pas d’appareil à raclette , surprenant pour une location de ski Positionnement des lits a l’étage totalement improbables ( adaptes seulement à des enfants)

Leider waren die Kaffeemaschinen in beiden Wohnungen unbrauchbar. Trotz Reklamation wurde keine Ersatzmaschine gestellt. Die grosse Wohnung war dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angepasst recht schön. Gut für zwei Ehepaare oder Grossfamilie. Der obere Stock ist sehr abgeschrägt, kaum Platz zum Duschen.

L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement équipé (en particulier en jouets pour jeunes enfants). Belle vue. Bien chauffé. Bonne literie. La gardienne qui nous a accueilli était très peu flexibles sur les horaires, tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ.
