Clean spacious room. Well located in friendly town near Normandy attractions. Breakfast and restaurant service was pleasant as well.
Town closes up on Sunday and Monday evenings. Have to plan for dinners and access to shopping/pharmacy as there was little open.
4.2
Proximity to tour pickup spot
Excellent shower
Restaurant needs more staff
I placed my food order before 8 people sat down at 3 different tables and got my food after them. One of them got the same food I did and was served before me.

Great location. A typical French hotel outside Paris. Good restaurant. Room was good and roomy. Not one of those too small rooms we sometimes find. Restaurant was very busy because it had good food and was reasonably priced and did not take reservations. It was a very active place and that was just fine for us. Not a quiet, white table cloth kind of place.
The town is a very nice place, "old as dirt" and undamaged by WWII. We spend 3 days there and that was about enough for us. We went back to Paris after then, which is where we spend most of our time when in France.
A bit hard to find a place for the car. We just parked on the "belt line" road around the town and walked 10 minutes into the hotel. It would have been great if we knew this before we tried to park in the middle of the town near the hotel. Once we figured out how it worked, we were just fine parking out there. The whole town is very walkable and there is no need for a car while staying there.

A lift would have been helpful

Struttura meravigliosa, stanza comoda e spaziosa con tutti i servizi presenti. Colazione abbondante e personale gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato.

Very central. Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful.
Bedroom was a little difficult to negotiate due to the sloping ceiling on one side of the room. It was impossible to walk upright round the end of the double bed. I had to really crouch and lean over the bed to get round to my side or the wardrobe.

Location
The room and bathroom were incredibly small.. not big enough for 2 people

The staff was extremely friendly, and the property had a nice downtown location. From there we were able to travel to all the WWII locations. The American cemetery was beautiful and overlooked Omaha beach. We enjoyed two dinners at the property as well as breakfast on each morning. We also found a small laundromat about two blocks from the hotel as this was the midpoint of our trip. Would certainly stay here again.

The location is excellent- close to all we wanted to see in Bayeux. Staff is very friendly & helpful.
Nothing.

location, style.
I didn’t like the ceiling beam that I kept hitting my head on,one time very hard

The location of this hotel was excellent. Staff were very kind and so helpful too. Our bed was surprisingly comfortable. Loved the on-site restaurant.
We liked everything about the hotel. I should mention it does not have a lift, so you have to take the stairs. But what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in so many other ways.

excellent location, kind and attentive staff, clean rooms with everything we needed.
lack of an elevator, but we managed.

Great central location and helpful staff. Comfortable, but small, room, by US standards. They held our suitcases while we were on a tour, which was helpful.
4.2
Room and facilities were excellent. Room was very spacious, especially for European standards, and comfortable. Our room sat right on the river with a beautiful view overlooking it. Really great value for the price of the room.
Paid breakfast could have included more choices for the 14EUR pp price.
4.2
The room was a great location for visiting all around Normandy. Restaurant was ok, convenient if you don’t feel like going out. WI-FI did not work so if we didn’t have international phone plan it would have made planning trips a bit inconvenient.
Wi-Fi not working and staff not too interested in correcting.

We loved the location and room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. We did not opt for breakfast plan as we left early for a tour. The hotel was more than accommodating to hold our luggage for the day. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect, beautiful space, very friendly staff..... would definitely recommend and return
Place was a little cold, heating system not compatible with the high ceilings

The hotel is beautiful, the food for breakfast was a full spread and yummy, and dinner was delicious with many unique and tasty options. The staff for the hotel/restaurant are courteous, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. We arrived exhausted after midnight from a long drive, and a lady staff was there to greet us and was wonderful. The grounds and location are absolutely beautiful, too! Great price for a comfortable stay.
My only suggestion is that the shampoo/conditioner be replaced with something better. Also, the towels are super old and thin.

location, breakfast
larger soap and wash cloth in bathroom

Nice budget hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds and plenty of hot water.
Many stairs, which could be a challenge for the unexpected.

Everything was great!

Great location, comfortable room, the breakfast and dinner I had were both superb.
The only thing that wasn't spotless was parts of the shower. Not many vegetarian options either.

We initially found the room to be cold and damp. Once we got Aurelien to look at he he immediately got the heating going in the room. We must commend Aurelien as he was fantastic with staff regardless of various issues from other clients. He took everything at stride and managed with a pleasant attitude. He really is an asset to the hotel. He also assisted with the parking.
We found the bathroom had a peculiar smell,
