A two night getaway

Pleasant.

We loved that we could walk anywhere and the apartment was great.

Needed towels changed, more soap and definitely a vacuum after a two day stay. Should only be a deposit on beach towels - which should be refunded on return.

Well located

There was no one at the front desk at check in and it was 10 minutes to 2. Then was unable to get into foyer, even after buzzing and knocking on two doors.

Superb

Beautifully clean apartment, large size, lovely balcony overlooking the river perfect pad for us to explore Maroochydore! Would recommend. Very quiet, clean pool, table tennis was a bonus! Very friendly and helpful team running the apartments.

Being very picky here as the apartment was a 9/10 only thing that could have been improved was the bed in the Master - I would have expected a King Size and not something that moved every time my hubby moved an inch. Apart from that it was absolutely faultless.

Beautiful modern, apartment style accommodation in an amazing location close to shopping, cafes and beaches. Great undercover parking. Large balcony overlooking the river.

A really good destination choice to have a holiday where you can do as much or as little as you like and be happy.

Even though the property managers lived on site and were contactable by phone, reception desk was quite often unattended.

Convenient and comfortable Maroochydore Apartments.

Nice apartment conveniently located near beach and Sunshine plaza

Views are actually not so much of the river below but the car park across but overall still ok.

Central location to cafes,beaches and shopping centres. Bed and pillow choice was very comfy.

Would have preferred a upper level room however accommodation was excellent except for lounge which is due for an update.

Highly recommend M1 for accommodation in Maroochydore. Close to shopping, restaurants etc.

Apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. As soon as we walked in we felt like we had that luxury holiday accommodation we wanted. Can’t recommend enough.

Like the Size of the Apartment, Cleanleness, and Facilities. Close to all facilities like Supermarkets Clubs, Resteraunts and Clubs. Managers were approachable and welcoming. all good!!!

Nice, comfortable and well presented

The rooms were large and were neat and tidy. The apartments were close to restaurants as well as Woolworths. The pool was pretty good, and so was the BBQ area.

The apartments were tagged as a resort, however I think this was a reasonably generous interpretation. Yes there was a pool but I expect a resort to have a few more things, i.e. food outlets.

Fantastic value for money and a beautiful room!

It was a great size, baby friendly (Katrina changed our room as the original booking had stairs) and the furniture was modern and comfortable (couch especially!) nice and close to the shops and beach. There was Foxtel platinum connected which was great as it was raining and we stayed inside most of the afternoon/night and the kitchen was a generous size.

The only critique I have is that it took a little while to figure out that there was 2 air con units and tue one in the third room (which was shut) controlled the second bedroom but we figured it out eventually

Nice apartment in loveley location

Large Apartment, with plenty of room. Secure parking. Large balcony. Friendly staff.

One tube of Body wash and shampoo for one week, 3 sachets of Sugar for one week. We were expected to buy extra if needed.
