Relaxing stay

Great location in a quiet road. Staff were very helpful with parking as we had a roof box. Pet friendly and clean. Breakfast was nice too.

Ok, men ikke mer

Hotellet ligger sentralt og er bare en liten spasertur i fra sentrum. Hotellet har ok størrelse på rom.

Første natt hadde vi rom i 1.et. vinduene går rett ut til en trafikkert gate. I praksis blir dette som et rom uten vinduer og naturlig dagslys. Rommene har også merkelige bad og toalett i plast, litt som bad i en campingvogn. Frokost var ok, men utrolig treg påfylling av mat. Alt i alt noe jeg ville ha forventet av et 3stjernes hotell. Det som trekker særlig ned er at jeg fikk beskjed om at 1.et var det eneste ledige, og derfor ikke kunne få et rom over bakkeplan. Da jeg viste resepsjonisten at det fremdeles var mulig å booke rom og at det følgelig ikke kunne være fullbooket, så fant de ut at det var mulig å bytte rom. En slik mangel på etterrettelighet er provoserende.

Will stay here again in future and we recommend this hotel for others.

Room was small for 4 of us but quite good and comfortable. Clean property and breakfast was excellent. SO many choices for breakfast along with different coffee and beverages. it was pleasure staying at Novotel Reims.

small lift/elevators. little bigger room could have been better for 4 of us.

Hopefully will be much better when the renovation completes

The location of the hotel is good. You do need to walk about 15 minutes to reach the city center but that's acceptable. There are train/tram/bus stops nearby. The rooms are decent size.

The property is under renovation and it was not clearly stated what level of renovation was taking place. It was not clear that no hot breakfast was available. The toilet and bath felt as if we were in a caravan. The price we paid for the stay was not value for money. On hindsight, we could have booked at a better hotel for the same price. Compared to the Novotel experience in the UK this was not at par.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit durchdachten und sehr geräumigen Zimmern.

Ein neues und sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel! Der Empfang war super freundlich - insgesamt ist das ganze Personal überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist sehr geräumig und gross! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, Safe, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, kleine Spüle). Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Zusätzlich hatten wir eine richtigen Tisch im Zimmer, mit 2 Stühlen und einem Beistellbett. Toll ist auch das kleine "Geschäft" in der Lobby, wo man sehr leckere Gerichte für die Microwelle, Getränke, Brot usw. kaufen kann. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Der verschlossene private Parkplatz neben dem Hotel ist auch für grössere PKW geeignet.

Schöne wäre die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz reservieren zu können. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

The breakfast was outstanding. SO many choices, both hot and could. A variety of beverages, breads and fruits. The staff was exceptional. The location is near the traIn station. The room was the largest I've had in Europe. We were a party of 3 adults and did not feel on top of one another. We booked a Superior Family room.

The beds were a bit hard, but some folks prefer a hard bed.

A nice hotel for staying over for 1 night

The location was good, walking distance from the centre. We required parking and got into the small hotel lot, however literally next door there is a huge multi storey car park and the prices are really reasonable. There are some drinks and snacks to purchase in the reception area which is really nice to have.

It's a little basic for the price paid but good enough for one night stay.

Good location. Room fine for a couple, not so great if you're the extra traveller in a group.

The rooms were adequate and very convenient location to the station. Breakfast was a good selection and included in the price.

The second bed was very small up against the wall and very dusty and uncomfortable. Apparently Accor no longer supplies milk so the tea and coffee in the room was pointless.

Perfect place to stop on our drive down to Italy.

Greeted with a smile upon arrival. Got a ticket to enter the parking lot next to hotel. Everything was smooth, nice breakfast with fun seatings and buffet. A lot of variety, perfect for a family of four like us.

I cannot think of anything.
