Bin immer wieder gerne hier

Gute Ausstattung, viel Platz und Ruhe. Komme immer wieder gerne hier her und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Immer wieder Beeindruckend die Natur in dieser Gegend.

Has everything to be perfect, just don’t want to be.

Loved the location. The staff was always great. The restaurant was the main thing. They prepared all the meals for our baby without any question. The room has great areas and nice views.

For a 5 star, at least until July, it is poor. Look abandoned, lots of properties are abandoned, even an hotel is abandoned. We expect the cleanliness to better, lots of spider webs, musty smell. As they have kitchen you would expect at least one kitchen towel and tablecloth. Well, we needed to ask for it. The pools were the worst part of the experience. Degraded and abandoned are the words to describe it. Holes on the pool devices, perfect for a kid to get hurt. Saw that this was already mentioned but looks like they don’t care. I won’t talk about the mattress. Everything to be perfect but unfortunately we only saw an ending there.

modern luxury half-empty golf resort near Lagoa de Óbidos

Wonderful calm relaxing location. Comfortable houses.

The resort has several vacant lots and suffers on average from a too modern design that degrades with the harsh humid local. weather. In the specific house we stayed in some appliances didn't work correctly and part of the outside garden looked abandoned. Also the price might be to high for what's provided

A 7 that could and should be a 9+

The area of the villa is very very comfortable. We are a couple with a 2 year old and space is something we value a lot! We were very pleased with the way our kid could walk around the dfferent areas. The common garden for the villas in Rua dos Ciprestes is just huge and with a pool area. Our little one would stare at all that green with a huge smile on his face not sure which area he would like to venture into next, and that alone is priceless as well as makes it easier for the parents in keeping them entertained. Everything you need to cook your own meals and serve them is available in the kitchen, as well a lot of common appliances. That is also a major plus on our book. The contact with nature is constant, there is always a couple of birds enjoying the grass or just chirping happily around. The kid's playground is huge is complete with many different activities for the young ones, it's great for those days you won't be leaving the resort but the young ones want to burn some calories. There is also an amazing pool next to it that we didn't have a chance to try out.

Asked for a sunshade or anything that would allow us to enjoy the patio. Our villa was the only one without a shade on this area, all there was were the holes on the wall where the structure once was installed. After 2 days of no response I had to visit the front desk again and they finally then resolved the issue in a couple of hours. Our booking mentioned a king size bed. What we were given were 2 twin beds put together. Sleeping with two mattresses is not what we wanted or booked. The maintenance of the buildings and garden area seems to be inexistent, which contrasts to the modern architectural lines. It shows lack of interest or concern to the guests opinion or well-being. This being said, I have to add that despite all of the above, the same day we checked out we made a longer booking for the same place for August 2023. All of the negative points are easy to fix and I'm sure I'll be leaving a better review by then.

Nice place but impossible to sleep due to frog noises all night. Don’t stay near the lake…

Very balanced, including a room with a decent size and a small living room and kitchen. The areas outside are very peaceful and quiet.

We were in room 38 and was impossible to sleep due to frog noises all night, since we were right beside the lake. Maybe the soundproofing needs an upgrade, maybe it’s related with the season, but it was unfortunate…

Relaxed but disappointed by the service and customer care

Absence of possibility to have a dinner without prior booking the table and it's too late to book a table at restaurant at the day of check-in. No one informs about it when you book the villa. You can't even order the food to take away because they are too busy!!! We came with 2 infants. There are no other restaurants around. We went by car to the nearest city Obidos to have some food (fortunately found really good place). The stuff was not able to offer anything instead. Also it's definitely not 5 stars place. The presence of cobwebs and the quality of cleaning is poor. No robes or slippers.

Would definitely stay here again, perfect for what we needed

The view from our balcony, the peace and quiet, being right by an amazing golf course, the beautiful villa - we absolutely loved Bom Successo, it was a great place to be based.

Would be great to have a shop on site, the nearest supermarket is at least 15 mins drive away

Expensive given location and distance to beaches, towns, restaurants.

Pool close to villa, kids park and communal pool were also good although under utilised/promoted. Villa was a decent size.

Villa needed updating and better cleaning. Resort was in the middle of nowhere, 20-30mins from beaches and towns. Closest store to buy something as simple as fresh milk was 30min round trip by car. Staff at reception did not adequately inform us on the facilities of the resort, sights, etc.

apartment size was very good

good facility but lacked upkeep. outlets not working, closet drawers were broken, flooring in our apartment was damaged. Pool area was not good. Decking was loose in many spots, screws were popping out, pool steps paint was chipped in many places. overall very poor upkeep
