Sehr schönes Hotel, prima Frühstücksbuffet

Für eine späte Ankunft mit der Fähre von Rostock ideal und schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, auch um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war das mit Abstand reichhaltigste das ich je gesehen habe. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Nemt at have børn med, fin morgenmad.

Ingen mulighed for at få en ordentlig, kop kaffe med havremælk. Måtte selv varme mælk i mikro ovn. Aftensmaden var kedelig og salt. Men med god børnemenu og en vegansk mulighed

Superb

Great for families with kids. We loved the swimming pool, play room, and theatre/cinema. You could stay in the hotel and not get bored! Our daughter loved the kids buffet from the hotel restaurant and breakfast was very good, with many options available from the buffet.

The room was very dirty when we arrived and we understood there was an issue with housekeeping, for which we had to wait over 1h for checking in. Yet, we requested the room cleaning service every other day but it was never cleaned properly. They only changed towels and also came late in the evening.

Basic and fine for what it is.

Nice and clean. Our room seemed pretty newly renovated.

The breakfast was plenty, but the quality didn’t measure. The scrambled eggs were so texture less that three of us didn’t eat any of it. Nice pancake buffet, but again a quality that leaves big room for improvement. Wanting to be a family and kids friendly stay, it is not fair to only allow one 45 min visit to the pool. Regardless of how many days you are staying. Drinks in the bar are premade from bottle and cost 140 SEK. The tender even fills so much ice that you don’t even get what costs 25 at the super market.

Comfortable and pet-friendly hotel for families

The family room was really good for a family of four plus a dog. The breakfast was great, and we also found a bag of dog goodies from our room. Also: the description of the hotel doesn't tell it, but there's actually an indoor pool with a sauna that can be reserved via the hotel app for free.

Nothing, really, this was a really solid hotel. Especially the kids really liked it.

Very kid friendly hotel with very good breakfast

Incredibly kid friendly place with very very good breakfast. Our 9 year old loved the PlayStation and playroom plus a good magic show in the theater. Free kids drink at check in.

Need to register to use pool. Be sure to register for breakfast. You are told about these things at check in so be sure to do it as slots fill up.

We have stayed here before, so we are obviously happy with this hotel. The breakfast is always very good and the staff most pleasant.

The pool was out of order, but such things happen. There could be a richer selection of TV channels.

Good breakfast and a nice pool and sauna but a very uncomfortable bed.

Breakfast was very good, the pool and sauna were nice, there was quite a lot done for kids entertainment, the shower and bathroom were good.

the bed was very uncomfortable, the room had lots of dust in it, the entire hotel could use a refresh and looks rather worn and outdated. the layout of the lobby is also quite strange.

very pleasant stay

welcome drink for the kids, earlier check in flexibility - the room wasn’t ready so the hotel switched immediately to another one available

the swimming pool reservation was too short to enjoy it (also sauna) in just 45mins and you are only able to reserve it once a day.

The breakfast was very delicious and full of choices. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and huge bed.

The room was very cold, we asked for heating but it seems like it didn't work. They need to maintain better their heating facilities. Also no slippers were provided.

Great, spacious rooms, very comfortable. Awesome breakfast selection. The pool and gym are a bit small but very nice and not too crowded.

Very good

The hotel has great parking opportunities directly outside the entrance. The location is very good due to the fact that it is localized outside the central Lund, which is complicated and time consuming if you bring your car.

The breakfast bread is boooring. There are som long bread baking traditions in Scandinavia and none of these are implemented in the buffet. what I want is large breads with crunchy shell and soft, fresh inside. preferably with and without various seeds on and inside.

We have stayed in this hotel before, so we obviously like it. The staff is very pleasant, the rooms and amenities (exercise room and pool) are good, and the location is perfect for making day trips by car in Skåne. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the pool, which we have otherwise enjoyed. The dinner was a bit pricey, but I suppose we must all pay for the irrational sanction policies and general 'green' madness.
