Great stay with the kids.

Very child friendly. Lots of activities that were there for the kids.

Our room wasn’t as clean as we would expect. Also no fridge in our room.

Great for Families!

The hotel had activities for the kids. We were very surprised. We played games, did the kid bingo. It is very family friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing too. They had a lot of options. The parking was reasonably priced too.

apart from the beds, very good.

breakfast was best! possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Great staff, constantly topping up food and collecting plates, from what I could see it was all the same person - great job!

beds were hard. Bunk bed was most uncomfortable.

In terms of area for what we needed it for, it was brilliant! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for relaxation and meeting the locals

Huge quantities of hot & cold food for breakfast of almost every description. Wide range of rolls, bread, etc. We had a room facing east and the inner courtyard/meeting rooms. No temperature controls found but room very comfortable throughout the day and night. Staff chatty and very helpful. If we ever stayed in Boras again we would probably choose the Scandi Plaza. 10 years ago we stayed in the Best Western and feel this is nicer. Husband did the Linnemarchen walks over the weekend and it's conveniently on a bus route for the exhausted walkers from the nearby arena. Lots of artwork, both paintings on buildings and sculptures. Pity there is no information booklet describing a route to find them all.

Nothing about the hotel. This is all to do with the town itself. I was disappointed that there seemed to be hardly any shops in the town. It's a University large town but we didn't see any entertainment locations and the cinema was showing very old films. We have no idea how the young socialise. Easy to get to and from the Landvetter airport by bus but very infrequent service so timing is essential.

The breakfast was a reason to come back to Boras. Everybody at the reception was very friendly, efficient and funny. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff at the reception needs to improve their service and provide relevant info when checking in

The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. Extra bonus for the adjustable bed.

The staff at the reception did not say anything about where to find the breakfast area, times for breakfast or provide a password for free wifi. They just handed out the key with no info whatsoever.

Great hotel, but do not use the baby beds

The breakfast is a definite highlight, with lots of delicious choices. Kids were very happy to discover face painting and playrooms during our stay. Our room was comfy and cozy, the pull-down bunk beds surprisingly solid looking and comfortable.

The only points for improvement have to do with safety for me: the bath/shower was really slippery, even though there appeared to be some anti-slip stickers of part of the surface they did not seem to do much. The (camping style foldable) baby bed was really unsafe and we stopped using it as soon as we realised that the sheets were not fitted, the mattress was not secured to the bed and could easily be removed by our enterprising 1 year old.

A good hotel in central location.

Some unclarities with the payment. It was not clear whether booking.com charged automatically, like in other locations or did I have to pay at the reception. Need to check that payment was done only once.

activities for kids, welcome drink for kids, amazing room with classy bunk beds for kids

breakfast could have been better for vegans and vegetarians , none of the hot breakfast was vegan or vegeterian, bread for toast should be more variety not just white bread :)

Superb

There was no air conditioning in this hotel. The weather was very warm when we came and the rooms were very warm and not as enjoyable without AC.
