Personalen var hjälpsam och vänliga. Rummet var rent och sängen underbart skön.
Restaurangen i hotellet var fint och hade fantastisk mat på menyn.
För att vara ett "fint" hotell skulle man ju önska att det iallafall skulle vara rent. Mattorna i korridoren var smutsiga och fläckiga. Låg en hög med typ en sönderkrossad kaka på golvet när jag checkade in, den var fortfarande kvar när jag checkade ut. Poolen var sunkig, det låg grejer på botten. Det drog kall luft från fönstren. Taket var rostigt och golvet halt och sunkigt.
Fanns ingenstans att lägga eller låsa in sina grejer vid dusch/pool/bastu.
Rummet jag bokade först lockade de med en uppgradering och då skulle jag få badkar. Det fick jag inte, så betalde extra för ingenting. Badrummet liknade badrum på sjukhus. Utsikten var noll, ett tak omgivet av tegelväggar med fönster, trots att de lockade med utsikt när jag bokade.
Det gick inte koppla datorn till tv:n. Uttagen satt bakom tv:n som ej gick att rubba. Så jag fick stå länge och försöka trycka in hdmi-kabeln i mycket obekväm ställning. Men när jag väl fick in den funkade den inte ändå. Det var lyhört och dörrarna smälldes igen. Det borrades i min vägg från klockan 8 på morgonen från och till tills utcheckning.
Frukostbuffén sköts det om men den var inget speciellt alls, tråkigt utbud. Fantasilöst.
Mycket pengar för låg kvalité. Har bott bättre för hälften av pengarna.

Very conveniently located, directly opposite the central station. Very helpful staff. Breakfast options were great. We had a comfortable family room which worked well for us travelling with 2 children under 4yrs. Kids loved the swimming pool, it was quiet for the time we booked in.

The meny at the dinner restaurant was not very interesting, breakfast area a bit crowded.

Very good location. very nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. awesome breakfast.
Bed was not comfortable in our room. and noise of music disturbed us until very late night.

Everything, breakfast was excellent, so many choices and dietary requirements catered for. the pleasantness of the staff. Room was basic, but clean , good bright and clean bathroom.

Super beliggenhet, basseng, god frokost, meget hyggelig personale. Kommer gjerne tilbake neste gang.
Rommet lå ved siden av heisen. Litt støy derfra/fra gangen, men det gikk stort sett greit siden de aller fleste gjestene var stille/rolig.

Rom:stort rom, good seng, dobbelt seng. Bad: stort bad, dusj. God frokost. Lite men koselig badebasseng, hyggelig betjening resepsjon. Bra beliggenhet i Gøteborg nær buss og togstasjon. Nær gågate.
Dusjen var ikke bra, kunne ikke lukke hele, kom vann ut. Dusj håndtak virket ikke så bra. Bør fikses. Rotet frokost ved mye folk.

If you are travelling into airport by bus it's perfect across the square. The train station and the bus station are together perfect for that.
Breakfast was nice however they only serve strong black coffee from the machine not nice. Latte or flat white would be far more palatable.
Well like I said milky coffee would be nice not strong black.
I had to up and down to reception to ask for a kettle for to make a tea. As far as I can tell the kettle tea bags cup should be in the room.
And why not put in a biscuit and a little bottle of water it would not cost the earth.
These are the things that a traveller really appreciates when there is very little english spoken.
I can tell you small things go a very long way and it's not expensive on any hotel.

Very child friendly environment, The breakfast was the best. Alot of varieties to choose from and the hotel personal are very attentive to all your needs.

Standard room is basic. No safe for valuables and room cleaning not standard and had to be asked for!

Great location handy for central station and town. Breakfast was well presented and varied with plenty of space to sit down. Room was clean, well decorated and easy to access.

I like the location
The room was noisy (loud fan in bathroom), toilet malfunctioned twice (which was fixed straight away each time), dry gluten free bread and warm orange juice.... but all in all a great stay as it was central

the special beds i the room for disabled people
I arrived late at night and hotel’s parking was within Nordstan’s parking. Since Nordstan was closed I had to go out and walk 7 mins to the hotel. in the check out day it was worse. I had lots of luggage and I had to pick up my husband who is having limited mobility from the hotel. so, I went and took my car from Nordstans parking and park it temporarily exactly outside the entrance of the hotel . But it takes 12 mins driving time to do so because Gothenburg center it is how it is and this was the route that i had to follow to comply with the traffic rules. However,when I book hotel parking i expect the parking to be in the hotel or very close. I do not want to spend that much time just to take my car and put the luggage on it!and especially when I travel with someone with disabilities!
one more thing : there is a ’troskel’ on the way to get in the bathroom but there is not on the way out from the bathroom, making it difficult when you use wheelchair. Moreover, there is not a button to open the entrance door of the room that is adjusted for the disabled. lf I was not accompanying my husband to open the door, he could not do it himself.
I would like to have mini bar or a small fridge in the room as well.

The location was good
The furniture needs an upgrade. Both rooms were very cold and no way to turn on heat. The pillows were very bad, my neck still hurts. And I cant say it was super clean.
