Ottima scelta

La struttura, il servizio, l'accoglienza è motivo di invidia di tutte le altre strutture.

La posizione non è perfetta, buono perché è vicina l'area concerti, quindi puoi vederti tutto il concerto senza andartene prima per paura di perdere i mezzi. Solo che si trova a tutto altro lato e quindi ti tocca fare più di un chilometro a piedi sia in questo caso e sia quando esci dalla stazione della metro.

Mi sono sentita come a casa.

L’hotel presenta camera molto spaziosa,la mia era una tripla,bagno pulito,nella camera c’è sia il mini bar e sia la macchinetta per il caffè e bollitore per il the. Colazione ottima c’è tantissima scelta tra salato,dolce,frutta,yogurt. Il personal sia di sala che alla reception sono molto cordiali e disponibili.

Unica pecca posizione del Water in bagno un po’ scomodo,ogni volta che si apre la porta del bagno c’è il rischio di prendere una maniglia in faccia.🫣

Hotel itself was super clean and room was spacious

Spotless clean! Triple room was huge and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was ran like clockwork , lovely little park beside the hotel and garage across the road, pizzeria and pharmacy five minute walk

Little bit out of the way fiera metro was a bit dodgy to get too not sure if that was just google maps but didn’t feel comfortable walking back at night so got taxi instead

Good but you can find better for the price.

The staff was very kind and professional and the room was exceptionally clean

The room was extremely hot because the AC did not worked as expected even though we asked for the temperature to be turned down. The temperature was turned down when we asked at night but the next day it was hot again and there wasn’t much that could be done from the room without asking reception again, as a customer I don’t think one has to be asking for something this simple even once so having to ask again indicates clearly something needs to be changed to better the experience.

friendly staff at the Rezeption, spacious room, delicious diner and breakfast

to far away from the city, no garage , unmotivated waitress at the diner, no book about the hotel to get a quick overview, no feeling to be really at home

Clean all over with the best beds!

The beds are the best. I slept like a baby. so so comfy. We would have taken the mattress with us if we could have. Breakfast was great and the place is clean and spotless throughout!

It was quite basic. not much in the way of an atmosphere. perhaps some soft music or artwork would make the hotel better. hard to describe but it was generally stark. even the bar area was very plain and not in a relaxing way.

Breakfast was nice and vast spread for a good start of the day. Location is remote if u r not visiting Milan fair. Best location for Milan fair. Staff was good. Rooms were descent and clean. Very near to Highway.

the reception completely fails to make this a good hotel

Breakfast is good and plenty, the bed was also great and very big

The personnel is slow and not very helpful, the lifts are poorly organised for a 17 story-building (it is impossible to go from the 11th floor upwards towards the fitness or the lounge unless by accident an elevator stops at your floor) and when you thre it is just to find out you have to go down to activate your key (unimaginable no ?), you have to call for the wifi access password (it's not a given), and they did not manage to put our family in the same building. PS: the room is quite cold

Great location, lovely staff, but average food, little ambience and not ideal for a leisure stay

The hotel is right next to the RHO Fierra exhibition centre, which is why we stayed there, and that is the main advantage. You can walk into the south gate in a few minutes. Most of the staff were pleasant too. The beds were comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast.

The restaurant and bar were not great, and because there were no other options nearby, this was a problem. The food in the restaurant was average, and arrived cold. The staff were lovely, but over burdened. The bar was a walkway between reception and the lifts so not designed for relaxing. Someone was smoking nearby, maybe outside, so the bar smelt of smoke. There were no coffee and tea making facilities in our room, and the bar didn't serve hot drinks. Breakfast had a good choice but the hot food was lukewarm. and we couldn't eat it. Generally the hotel had a utilitarian feel, and we didn't think it was worth the price. If we went to a show at the RHO Ferria again, we would stay in central Milan and use public transport. It's only about 35 minutes on the metro from the city centre.
