Amazing

I had an excellent stay in a beautiful room overlooking the river, which made for a serene and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of the restaurant staff, who made each meal feel like a special occasion. The spa was fantastic, providing a truly rejuvenating experience, and the yoga place were both relaxing and beautifully organized. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully designed to make it memorable and enjoyable.

Ramayana is one of Kuta's quality hotels - best pool and breakfast that keeps us coming back.

Ramayana always have lovely staff. The breakfast is always beautiful with many choices. The pool area is amazing. This time I noticed the pool side music was lovely chill music and it was so much nicer than other places we have stayed with the same top 10 You tube hits on rotation or bogan aussie music. Truly lovely relaxing music from the pool speakers. Close by are great places to eat and shop. you can go to restaurants or local warungs nearby. I went to the Ramayana onsite day spa for several massages. The staff were very attentive and professional, able to fix my sore areas - so wonderful.

The room was beautiful don't get me wrong - but as in Bali, there is often one little thing that is not right. The shower holder was loose from the wall and every time I held the shower head the whole rod came out of the wall. Unless you were in the shower you would not know so I assume staff not aware - maintenance needs to check everything in the rooms on a regular rotating basis or have a report card in the room to note anything the guests find is not working properly. I have experienced this in other hotels.

Not very happy with the whole experience

The location was ok and the pool was good

The rooms were very very old and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.The air conditioning was not satisfactory

A gorgeous location for days both relaxing and adventuring.

I loved the centrality of the location and it's proximity to the airport. The Resort itself had all the amenities I could wish for, from the Spa, to the on site restaurants, to the swimming pool and gym. I can't rate my experience highly enough which was due to, in no small part, the attentiveness of the staff across all areas. They really helped make my time there personalised and very special.

I have no real major detractors from my experience. If I had to find something, the only negative I can find is that your personal WiFi access ends as soon as you check out. As I had a few hours to kill before my flight, that just necessitated my finding an open access WiFi in the pool bar. So it's not really a negative, more something to be aware of

Great stay besides having our items stolen possibly by a staff member

Location and facilities

Two of my wife's expensive watches went missing from our room and only the staff had access. We did log a complaint but we are not happy about how it was handled. Very disappointing experience and staff management

An excellent stay in a friendly and clean resort.

The location of the resort was great close to shops restaurants, banking facilities and Spa’s. The breakfast was delicious plenty to choose from and never had to wait for food as it was always being topped up. My room was both spacious and comfortable. It was only noisy due to inconsiderate guest who insisted on shout to one another in the middle of the night. This is no fault of the resort.

I was travelling with a couple and both hotels we stayed at they were offered an upgrade, as a single person it would have been nice to be offered the same as I paid more for my room to begin with.

Ok, just because of the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The swimming pool is fantastic. The breakfast is great!!

The room seems a little bit old. The fridge made a noice continuously very annoying and in the morning even though we would have slept people, in the aisle woke us up while cleaning for the made noises.

朝食はブッフェでとても美味しいです。ホテルの隣にミニマートがあり、必要なものは購入することができます。ATMもありました。ホテルからビーチまで徒歩5分くらいで、とても綺麗な夕日を見ることができます。

プールサイドのトレイは綺麗ではありませんでした。また、写真で見たよりも宿泊した部屋は古く、清潔ではありません。エアコンはカビ臭く、食器はカビが生えていました。プールサイドの部屋はとても良さそうに見えましたので、私が予約した部屋のグレードの問題かもしれませんが。

Highly recommended. A very popular and well priced resort in Bali

The room was neat and tidy. It was well positioned in the complex. The restaurant, particularly the breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounds were comfortable and relaxing.

Rooms could do with some updates particularly in the bedroom. Quite outdated!

Size of the room was good. Staff were excellent

The bathroom was not for older or disabled people. eg You had to step over a bath edge to access shower. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable and had no support

Welcoming, helpful and extremely relaxing

Location is a plus being central with so much happening in the surrounding area. The hospitality continues to be exceptional which is the catalyst for us returning and look forward to doing so again.

Noticeable this trip was the lack of maintenance in general which did detract a little from the experience. Having brought a friend this time recommending the Resort it was disappointing to see our rooms, 708 & 741 little tired and in need of a make over, bathrooms in particular. Understanding the lack of trade through the difficult Covid years and financial restraints have not helped hopeful on our return thigs will have changed. Another great time had thankful to everyone

It was very comfortable and memorable.

Room was spacious and clean. Resort is located in close proximity to Kuta beach and market Area. Breakfast was good but Resort has Italian restaurant which is awesome.

Gaming facilities at the hotel and breakfast can be improved .

The breakfast is good with you typical local and westerns style option and it’s located smack bang in the middle of Kuta, although you wouldn’t notice until you stepped outside of the hotel..

Wonderful stay

The location is very good. Nearby all the restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach. Lot of options for food, spa and shopping.

It will be good to have more options for people who don’t eat fish and seafood

Wifi was not working in my room I had to call each time to fix it It was really inconvenient for me I couldn’t have my work done and I couldn’t connect to my family and friends easily It spoiled somehow my stay The bathtub got stuck the other day Land line was not working and after they fixed it still not working properly For the price I paid and for the hotel reputation I am disappointed For payment as well I had to check twice with The staff to give the right price, I was given wrong price higher than what I am supposed to pay, I hope it’s just a staff mistake

The breakfast every morning had flies everywhere over the food which is very disgusting. I would never come back to this

It’s a beautiful resort peaceful relaxing totally enjoyed my stay recommending highly

The suite was beautiful the gardens were purposely build to shade the resort naturally They provided added services which we didn’t know every day we had a amazing afternoon tea The staff would come around in the evening to see if you wanted clean towels or anything followed by a bedtime snack with a note saying have a lovely evening and turn down your bed tidy your room

The reception area was open planned on arrival the heat inside reception was incredibly muggy and hot we were left for about 10 mins waiting at reception desk But as we had a suite we were invited to sit in the suite lounge which is air conditioned but sadly I would of thought we would of been offered a cold face wash and a refreshing drink instead offered a warm bottle of water on arrival The only other issue was breakfast the juices were warm making them not inviting to drink The way the buffet is designed there is no place to sit your plate having to hold in one hand lift the food contain lid but then you needed another hand to put food on plate which I found a bit frustrating when you are on your own

очень удачное расположение, рядом недорогие магазины, хорошие рестораны спрятан от шума, большая территория, детская комната, хорошие завтраки, просторные номера с кухней, приветственный напиток

окна выходили на проезжую часть и было шумно от ресторана, мало солнца на территории и много тени, сыро в номере, этот отель очень любят туристы из Индии.

Le bruit … toujours le bruit … ça vient autant des clients qui n’ont aucun respect dans les parties communes , ou des travaux constants que le personnel commence dès 9h… nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des travaux dans la chambre juste en face de nous !!!! La salle de bain assez sale pour un 5 étoiles

Relaxed vibe with a touch of luxury

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and it’s a very kid friendly property.

Just a small complaint, but it’s more a personal preference than something wrong. The pillows were little on the soft side for me.

Loved everything about this resort

We loved everything about our stay, the grounds, water features and pool area is just beautiful it was so lovely and every day you noticed something new. Rooms are very spacious (bathroom is very tiny) but clean and had everything you need Breakfast is amazing wow it’s hard to stop eating, omelette station, so much hot food both western and Asian, great fresh fruit and yoghurt selection and the noodle station is so good best noodles I’ve ever had We loved our stay here and highly recommend

Alcohol was really expensive they were charging AUS$5.80 for a Bintang at the pool …. We bought them from 7-11 as it was just too expensive drinking at the resort They pushed 2 single beds together and you could feel the gap and the mattresses were about 30 cms smaller than the bed so you had to step on the frame to get into bed …. Weird

Lovely, well maintained resort. Great location. Lovely rooms, facilities and restaurant. Friendly staff.

Beds were quite firm for us. Room service dishes took 24hrs to take away - had to ask them to remove.
