From the moment we arrived we were treated to the katikies experience. All the staff members from every department were friendly and attentive. Every day we had a delicious breakfast that was served by lovely ladies. A different selection of local delicacies every day plus an a la carte selection! In the bar area the staff were friendly and always on hand to take a food or drink order. Delicious cocktails. The plunge pool in the room was amazing!! Clear view to the sea with no obstructions. Two swimming pools, our favourite was the one on the lower floor.
Nothing was too much trouble, they even helped plan our week and set up a birthday surprise. I would recommend to anyone.
The location is outside of old town so it’s not overrun and hippie fish is just down the road as is an excellent beach. Only 15 mins to old town and 20 mins maximum to the most of the island.
Nothing bad per se but just be sure about car trips. The car can be quite expensive and they vary depending on where you go. But they’ll happily order you a taxi if you ask instead. And it’s only 15 minutes to the old town if that.

Great views, friendly and attentive staff, yummy breakfast.. nice and quiet location and away from the bustling streets. We absolutely loved it and would go back.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was very spacious and nicely designed. The concierge was very helpful, communication by WhatsApp is a nice touch.
The view from the room could have been better.

This is a lovely hotel in a great setting overlooking the sea. Our room was large and comfortable - especially the bed - and the hotel facilities - the pool, spa etc - were fantastic. Delicious breakfast served on the terrace - in fact all the food we had was excellent. Most of all it was the staff who were so friendly and helpful - would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in a 5-star hotel and it was impressive how attentive and accommodating all of the staff was! Breakfast was phenomenal. We loved our plunge pool and balcony. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to Old Port. We definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Mykonos.

We had a perfect stay at Katikies Mykonos and couldn't have asked for more. Staff was insanely attentive, relaxed and well trained, the property is stunning and we also had perfect weather. Due to the season almost coming to an end, it was not crowded at all, so we would recommend coming here for a bit of relaxation. We were insanely sad to leave.

It was beautiful and modern. Very clean. The breakfast options were vast and delicious. The staff were very nice and helpful.
It was far from the town and it was expensive to Uber every day

The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view, dinner was delicious and all hand made by the chef.
If I had to say something then it would be that there wasn't a dressing table with a mirror for make up, but that didn't retract from the amazing overall stay.

It was great stay and great hospitality. Hotel stt to staff is the best and they’re so happy to help if we need anything from them.
I like it everything.

Location was good but not on the beach. The website said metres from the beach so one had to guess that there was a road to cross to reach the beach.
We were upgraded to a better room as ours did not meet our expectations. Breakfasts were very good but noisy.
There were 2 air con units outside our bedroom door which we could hear all through the night. Views of the sea were greatly reduced in that room also.
Our son and daughter’s rooms had plunge pools that can only be described as water troughs they were so small. Most rooms are overlooked so very little privacy on the balconies. This was true even in the master suite we were upgraded to. The music played from the speakers around the breakfast and pool areas was constant, very loud and club like - very annoying. Overall a very, very expensive stay and value for money.

Overall the service was great, and the amenities amazing. The staff was very attentive and took care of most of our reservations.
Though we got an upgrade, I did not like the idea that the pool and sunbed were covered. Also, I was not very impressed with the food.

We have just returned after staying at Katikies Mykonos this week. I had to write straight away as I can’t thank everyone enough for their hospitality. The hotel is simply stunning, we stayed in room 61 which is one of the highest and has amazing views of Agios Ioannis. The room has a huge balcony and plunge pool. Breakfast was lovely, but made even better by Illiana. She was a delight and service was always with a smile and she made us feel so welcome. The concierge team were simply fantastic - especially Dominikos. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our trip so much, can’t wait to come back. To top it off, both pools are beautiful, you really are spoilt for choice staying here!

The breakfast is exceptional - so many choices and everything delicious. My favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice and the Greek omelet. The spa was fantastic, with excellent massage therapists. The views from the patio and our room were stunning. The location felt more protected from the wind that other parts of the island. The best part of all was the attentive and friendly staff.

Everything! The hotel is stunning, with an amazing view on the bay. Our room had a big balcony with a private pool. It was super clean, with fresh linen and a very nice bathroom/shower. The hotel has two pools, one more suited for swimming wih a large relax area and an infinity pool with a breathtaking view on the sea. The staff is super available, polite and always wanting to help. Attention to client is extreme. The breakfast a la carte ( because of covid ) is sublime - with savory and sweet choices (try the avocado toast and the eggs benedict and the greek yogurt!) and super good coffee. We also orderer room service one night and everything was delicious. Worth every penny!

My best friend and I had a fantastic time at Katikies! The staff was absolutely brilliant and helped us organize our stay within 2 hours before arriving at the hotel. THANK YOU!!

The location is very quiet and you have a wonderful view over the bay of Agios Ioannis. As we stayed there during the end of season, we enjoyed the stunning pool almost by ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Wifi router in our room had a very bright blinking light, which was a bit annoying. But that is just a small complaint. We had a lovely stay and the hotel was perfect to escape the bustle of Mykonos town.
