Ticked all the boxes for my stay

Good breakfast with a good selection of cold and hot food Relaxed atmosphere in dining area which is kept clean and tidy

Ok for a short stay, but nothing special.

Friendly and efficient check-in. Very good and tasty breakfast. Convenient and free parking. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The rooms are small and not modernized. Adjactent restaurant quite expensive. Price value much too expensive.

Recommended hotel to stay for a night when traveling further.

Breakfast is good. A rather small area available for breakfast but it has all to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. It was easy and fast to check-in and -out.

Parking (not charged by Scandic) is rather expensive. Hopefully Scandic will be ablate agree a better rate for its guests.

Exceptional

Room quality and appearance was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. View throughout the windows both in room and dining place was very nice.

Will stay there again, best hotel in Sarpsborg.

Rooms were comfy, quiet and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really exceptionally good. Great location in central Sarpsborg.

The breakfast is good. Location is very central.

Parking in hotel’s garage is highly complicated and hard to access.

Huge dissapointment, only rhe location was good; poor value for what you pay

The room had a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the internet access was not intuitive, the TV did not work proprtly, the entire location needs urgent upgrades

Almost everything; can it really be a three star hotel?

As expected

Overslept the breakfast, but the area for breakfast didn't seem very tempting. The staff is friendly, but the hotel didn't undergo a major renovation in 40 years. They just painted etc.

I like the concept.

Good for one night

The restaurant next door, that the hotel is connected with, has an average if not poor service. The food is good. They don’t seem to care about customers and expect a tip when paying the bill.

Hotel staff the day we arrived were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Restaurant attached was nice

The location is very well situated for walking to coffeehouses, pubs, mall and other shops,restaurants and local sites of interest.

One staff member told us that since we were checking out at 5am we could take some sandwiches and drinks in lieu of the breakfast we would miss. When we checked out the young man did not know of this so we left without it.

Comfortable hotel in the city centre.

Breakfast selection was good. There was a selection of the basic continental breakfast - sausages, eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits, cereal, bread, etc. The bedroom was equipped with hairdryer. Shampoo and body wash were also provided. The location was fantastic! It was right smacked in the city centre. Close to many restaurants. Customer service was very helpful.

No hair conditioner. Late checkout is possible with extra payment.

Pleasant stay but facilities need updating

Good selection of items for breakfast. Room was clean and quiet.

Parking while available wasn't clearly explained by desk.staff (ie you have to pay at kiosk). Got a ticket. Facilities showing age but were maintained. No usb connections in room.
