Agréable séjour à quelques mètres du bords de l'Erdre - Belles balades assurées ;)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, notamment, en raison de la situation géographique (bords de l'Erdre à quelques mètres). Personnel très réactif et agréable Chambres très propres

L'une des 2 chambres était davantage "cocooning" que la seconde. En effet, bien que très grande, nous trouvions que cette dernière manquait d'un côté "chaleureux". Très épurée mais le vide donne un petit côté austère de par les couleurs sombres choisies et le manque de luminosité extérieure.

In future I will not assume that Best Western hotels have adequate facilities

Good location, very clean and friendly staff

Apart from the breakfast which was excellent, the choice of food was very poor with only microwaved dishes available cooked and served by a single staff member who was also the receptionist. For a large chain the lack of adequate nourishment facilities for travellers was very dissapointing

Excellent hotel for a quiet stay over.

Beautiful lake near to the hotel. Staff very friendly and ready to help. EV charger available (only worth it if the car needs more than 50% charge) Food in restaurant was very good considering that it’s prepared in advance and warmed as required.

Great Stop over close to the centre of Nantes, easy to return to main roads.

Lovely position not far from the main road but so quiet and peaceful. Our room was small but none the less very comfortable with big windows looking down towards the river. Safe parking in hotel carpark. Sadly the restaurant was closed the night we were there but we could order a good meal which we had sitting on the patio. Staff friendly and helpful.Enjoyed our stop over.

Next time we will try to go when restaurant is open as it looked very good!

Lovely hotel in a quiet and beautiful location.

Lovely room and super comfy bed. Such a quiet location and so peaceful. Lovely area to explore with 2 great restaurants nearby. I slept so well and staff were so nice.

Good for an overnight adventure.

It was in a quiet suburban location with relatively quick access to the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was cleaned with a very strong detergent, it was impossible to ventilate the strong smells.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Restaurant was closed and there was nothing nearby hotel to go for nice meal. Many guess had a long wait for service. A couple ordered a bottle of champagne and it was put on the table and the member of staff walked away and left the customers to open and pour it themselves. Not good for the cost. Drinks were very expensive. I had a upgrade to a Queen superior room. Not good very small room.

Fab location but room too hot

Location near waterside and forest walk was beautiful.

Absolutely no air con in room - although given free upgrade 1st room had no tea or coffee making machine provided and fridge did not work - room 9. Transferred to room 8 which had tea and coffee making provided but no fridge at all? Rooms were lovely but without air con it was really hot and stuffy even with a fan provided. Great shame because in all other respects it was a lovely hotel. Sadly restuarant closed on a Sunday but provided with info where we could eat.

Hotel staff were excellent and helped us by pre-booking a local restaurant they had recommended for evening dinner.

Breakfast was good food but the seating area was a little confined and rather busy.

Lovely room with good view and beautiful location.

Good view of the river from the room . Good breakfast choices. Staff were very helpful in providing advice on visiting the nearby city of Nantes.

Very comfortable short stop on penultimate leg of road trip heading home.

Clean modern and very comfortable. People very friendly and helpful. Plenty of secure parking.

Quite away from everything and restaurants nearby both closed on a Monday. Restaurants were recommended but all about 20 mins drive away. The hotel did food but microwave reheated ready meal from local caterers, although it was good quality. Very much a business person hotel.
