Overall, value for money and a good stay but more attention to detail would be recommended.

It is situated at a nice and strategic location for driving around the island. The facilities were very good, though a little outdated. Breakfast was also very good (except for the stand with the sweets). The garden bar is a very nice spot with good food and very reasonably priced. Staff was helpful.

Our main problem was that the toilet emanated a bad smell which would spread around the room. It was impossible to ignore it every time we entered the room. We asked reception to do something about it but it seems that nothing could be done (they said they tried but nothing really changed). The pressure of the shower water was problematic too and most days there would only be really hot water (which can be quite problematic especially during summer).

Great hotel we had a perfect stay

Everything was great. Very nice hotel, big pools, great view. Good food. And what most important - very friendly staff, they made us feel at home. Thank you for the great stay!

Not a 4-star hotel.

The location is great. Not too far from the beach, there were a few shops nearby if you need it.

The experience is not the best and definitely not a 4 star rate. We felt ignored from the moment we arrived at the hotel by the reception to our last day. The breakfast is the same throughout our 10 days stay and there was a day when the hotel could not even cope with the amount of guests having breakfast at the same time and the people were being told that there were no food anymore, no cups for coffee as they have not been washed yet etc. The wifi was weak. The room does not look like the one in the picture, there were similarities but definitely not the same. There was a bright red light coming from the utility box that keeps us awake in the night. The cleaners in the morning will wake you up before 9am despite of do not disturb note.

Clean rooms, good breakfast.

They have massive issues with hot water. It was impossible to take a shower in the morning, there was no water flowing at all. I was there outside of the busy season, so I don't event want to know how bad it gets in the summer.

It has a nice and very big pool with a beautiful view. It is about 10 minutes far from the beach, which is fine. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was really good with a lot of options

The shower was quite small and it depends on the building in which you are staying. The one with the reception is for sure better, with very big balconies.

great views from the room and pool, really nice comprehensive breakfast with something for everyone, the pool and pool area was very nice and very big with a fantastic view of the mountains in the background. bar located next to the pool too which was nice. a short 5 minute walk to the town centre with markets, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants and cocktail bars.

Wonderful stay with great staff, clean and tidy hotel rooms and a great location!!

The location was great! It was just a 5 min walk from the main street, which is full of restaurants/bars/supermarkets/tourist shops. It was a nice and quiet surrounding overlooking from the hill. The parking was very convenient when you travel by car. The breakfast was great too, good variety of food choices and the hotel area was always clean and tidy! Also we would especially like to mention the great service from all the staff (especially Angela from the Reception).

The only thing is that the drainage cover of our room was a bit loose, but I think this can be fixed very easily! Other than that no things we did not like.

Zero value for the asked money

It was close to the beach and shopping areas. The suite we had was spacious enough.

Starting with the check in, the staff was not very experienced, we were left waiting for getting our food order for at least 30 minutes, the breakfast, although it was diverse, was of very poor quality in taste and we couldn't even had one more glass of water after 10:00,since they would close everything down at 9:59. The rooms were nice, but the bathroom was dated and there was rust and mold all over the bathroom shower cabinet. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom's drain that we couldn't escape. The air conditioner was making so much noise we could barely sleep at night. Not suitable for old people or families with children.. Not suitable if you are looking for a place to relax at.

Best pool view

The best view from the pool, surrounded by the mountains, quite location with pine trees around, walking distance from the centre of the village and the sea, very welcoming stuff, great variety of options for breakfast, good prices at the restaurant, beautiful garden bar. We enjoyed very much our spacious honeymoon suite with huge balcony and the sea view, it looked exactly as on the pictures.

Very old drainage system (water smells bad), old air-conditioning units (made some noise), slow internet (on the island in general). Never replaced the shower gels and shampoos, but yet our stay was perfect!

The room is really comfy and you have plenty of space. The terrace is just huge and we had a sea view which was nice. Overall good value for the price .

The shower needs an upgrade, too much scale deposits over time while the water pressure is low anyhow. Breakfast was ok but quite limited options and rather cantine style.

Excellent staff, all very happy, friendly and helpful. The pool area is superb, food very good and location is five mins walk from the beach!

Our balcony, overlooking the pool area, was tiny.....possibly the smallest of all the rooms in the hotel. We were only there for two nights, so it didn't really matter.

Excellent accommodation and location.

Excellent location and perfect accommodation. Always plenty of sunbeds , staff so welcome and helpful. Booked taxi back to airport and their own hotel took us and was much cheaper than other companies.
