Week end tranquille

Emplacement super en plein centre ville. Chambre très propre et bien équipée.

On a eu chambre très petite.

Agréable et bien placé

Le personnel était très accueillant, et j’ai pu être surclassée. L’emplacement est idéal et l’environnement assez calme. Les lits sont confortables.

Il faisait un petit peu froid dans la chambre, mais il y avait une couverture que j’ai pu utiliser. Également, le pommeau de douche fuyait un peu.

Did the job for a resonance price

good location, receptionist was helpful and apologetic for what seems a booking error

thought I’d booked room with balcony, asked to be moved, hotel was full but we did get a slightly better room although not what I thought I’d get but was good enough for €85, receptionist did what she could

perfectly fine. the staff were all very efficient and friendly and polite

the location is brilliant: central but in a pedestrian area so with no traffic noise. i didn't have breakfast so cannot comment

The room was small but fine, the fan in the bathroom went on quite a long time after it was turned off, and it is noisy.

Superb

Superbly located on the high street of Amiens, this hotel is rather nice with a historic feeling. We picked this hotel as it was approx. 5 min walking distance from Amiens station, super handy if you're here only for a day. The front desk was super friendly and polite. Our room was on the top floor (there's an elevator), but we would recommend trying to use staircase at least once - the interior of the building is indeed historic and is a nice piece of early XX century architecture. The room was warm and comfy, we had everything that we needed. The breakfast was quite nice (way better than what you get in an ibis styles in Paris), the only challenge being that the hotel was full, and seemingly some guests had to wait a little longer to get seated.

WIFI connection could have been a little better, otherwise - no complaints whatsoever.

Classic "grand" hotel well located

A classic hotel that is correctly renovated, while keeping some of the past charm. Room was enormous. A very convenient location with restaurants and other commerce just in the street or the square. Very well located it you come by train.

Early by night the room was just a bit noisy due to people hanging out at the nearby street and square. Just a mild inconvenience though.

Will tell our friends about the Grand

The location was perfect from the train station. Our arrival was early and the receptionist was more than congenial. We knew we chose the right hotel! Wendy was superb! English was excellent and her smile has hospitality all over it! The room was what we expected for an older hotel. The amenities were very good, too. We appreciated the map, restaurant choice and nearby facilities. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.
