Amazing location, right outside the metro station!
No chance to open the window at the upper floors, only ventilation (which can't be turned off)

It was in a good location. It’s right on top of a shopping centre with everything you need including fast food and grocery shopping. Auchen is a really cool grocery store! The subway is literally at the front door of the hotel too which was really handy.
The room was odd shaped as It was on a corner with almost no room to move. It did have a minor damp smell. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for me either, so I just used hotspot on my devices. The lights also didn’t work in the bedroom, they only worked in the bathroom and hall. There was also no ventilation, no fans or working heater or aircon and you can’t open the window. And if you leave a “Do not disturb” sign on the door, the cleaners will just remove it and go into your room. I appreciate the house cleaning, but not if I don’t want it.

Unfortunately, from walking inside the hotel. I was shocked to see how much the reception was small and without any facilities such as a proper seating area or coffe shop..The staff looked unprofessional and the hotel was small and always had busy lifts used by thevisitors & the staff same time. Getting inside the room was really shocking. I saw 2 old beds with only 1 flat pillow for each bed. No fridge, no safe box, no AC. The window was blocked. So i'll let you imagine how much hot it was inside the room. There was a cheap plastic chair & boiler with paper cups. No coffee machine, not even a pen to write and a dirty old carpet plenty marks. The bathroom was awful with only cheap bath towels and no extra for the hands or face. "La Cersise sur le gâteau" the breakfast was really cheap, and had unhealthy choices for hot or cold food ( supermarket stuff) on top of that the Staff were in hurry to clear the buffet in front of people coming to take their PAYED breakfast. Few of the staff started even to take the food for them in front of us without any concederation.( RUDE)
Anyway, it's the worst hotel I've ever seen
, wouldn't recommend it to anyone for the price.

Right on the subway that takes you steps away from Opera House, minutes walk to Louvre and only €2.10 per ride
No AC, no windows would open

they should provide refrigerator in room

Location is right beside the underground.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It gets really hot. The staff provided us with a fan the next day but still would not recommend stay during summer.

Great location, right outside the metro.. about 10 mins to the centre on the underground. Shopping centre next to it and lidl 2 mins up the road for any essentials you need. Rooms clean, small but comfortable and all you need for a city break.
You cant open your window and theres no air con so It can get hot and stuffy… we asked for a fan which helped. Luckily, it wasn’t that warm in Paris so it wasn’t much of a problem but could see the summer being unbearable in the rooms.

Location is very good, almost inside Gallieni metro station about 70 to 80 metres

It is 50m to metro station, location is perfect! With 10 stations and within 20 min you are in the city center. If you do not seek for facility holiday and you use hotel just for sleep, it is very good option for Paris.
Staff was very friendly, the message they sent was very nice in order to find hotel from car parking. Zac (if I remember correctly) gave us all necessary info and check in was very easy.
Having a car parking option is very nice.
Window of the room cannot get opened. I think it is a policy of the hotel and if I have a chance I would love to open the window.
Shower needs a bigger panel. Bathroom gets soaked even you try to not to get around wet.

The staff at reception were amazing. They went above and beyond on several occasions for us, making our trip much more enjoyable!
The rooms were quite small, particularly the three bed room.
