De ligging van het hotel tov Disneyland Parijs

Na meerdere malen in het hotel gelogeerd te hebben viel het laatste bezoek zwaar tegen. De kamer was een stuk kleiner dan bij de eerdere bezoeken en de verwarming kon niet lager/uitgezet worden. Het was ongekend warm in de kamer. Daarbij was er een plaag van lieveheersbeestjes waar ook niet aan gedaan werd. De onvrede steeg ten top toen bleek dat er sinds januari betaald moet worden voor het parkeren, dat was tot 1 januari 2023 altijd gratis geweest. Al met al een slechte ervaring waardoor het volgende bezoek direct geannuleerd hebben en een ander hotel hebben gezocht. Het bleek namelijk ook nog dat de receptie op de hoogte was van de insectenplaag en de kapotte verwarming!

Déçu par rapport à leurs homologues de Torcy

La proximité avec le parc Disneyland et le silence malgré la situation de l’hotel

Le supplément parking L’absence de prise de courant dans la salle de bain Le manque d’information concernant l’accès au parking, à la chambre L’état déplorable de la moquette de la chambre, un bon shampooing est vivement recommandé

Heureusement que c’était pas pour des vacances !!! Je plains les touristes étrangers qui viennent dans cet hotel !

Chambre avec moquette élimée et d’énormes tâches Douche qui mets de l’eau partout Porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas Pas de canal+ et being sport dans la chambre comme énoncé Idem pour les matelas pourris alors que mentionnés orthopédique !! Petit déjeuner cher et très moyen Bar soit disant lounge alors que la décoration date !! Décoration général digne d’un bar de gare ! Noté 3 étoiles on se demande comment !! Sans être difficile déplorable !!

Proximity to the train station and city Centre. Value for money. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

Breakfast time was too short. It should be extended. They should look into changing the furniture in the room or at least get smart tvs

Good in parts but let down by poor management who seem incapable or reluctant to address problems

Would’ve been nice not to have a leaking ceiling in the room entrance. Apparently had been known about for ages - as it had obviously been a problem for a considerable amount of time, why hadn’t it been sorted? Really not what I’d expected from a Campanile.

The proximity of Disneyland. The bathroom and the quite area. The food - the dinner, but not the breakfast. The gate opened by the code and the cleanlinness. Clean beds and duvets, cable TV. Air condition in the room with adjustable temp. and swith-off option.

The room was very small, although you get what you've paid for. Even though an extra space between the bed and the wall would make this place really comfortable. Also the waiting staff in the restaurant ( bufet menu from 19.00 only), could barely speak English. So refresh your French before checking in :)

Good hotel and a good location for Disneyland Paris if your driving

Location is brilliant if your driving to Disney as it's just down the road so it makes a great budget hotel. Had no issues with the hotel apart from now having to pay 8 euros a night but they didn't take your licence plate so how did they know you had paid? Code is required to get in and out the car park.

The mattress was a little too hard and pillows a little flat. Woke up with back ache before even going to Disney. We have stayed before and don't remember the mattress being so hard so could be a one off.

Comfortable stay, perfect for a Disneyland trip.

Perfect location for a Disneyland trip! Short walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to Disney from there. Basic room but perfect for the price, would definitely stay again.

The carpets on the floor were visibly dirty, could do with a carpet cleaner job. Could have done with more storage space in the room also rather than the sofa bed

Rude staff

Alot of the staff were rude and wouldnt even answer you if you asked a question..some of the day time reception staff were nice but alot of the others were so rude and unwelcoming..a girl working at breakfast told us we couldn't have any more orange juice even tho you pay 15 euro for a buffet help yourself breakfast...rude staff be aware and the place is for kids so they should be more welcoming to guest!!

Brilliant for a trip to Disney!

For a budget hotel just outside Disneyland, it was absolutely fantastic! Some reviews don’t do justice but this hotel suited us down to the ground! 2 stops from Disney, really easy to get to from RER station. Staff were fantastic, no language barrier. Really good to have a later checkout time of 12 noon meaning you don’t have to rush out. Room was small but did the job for what we needed. If you’re doing Disney on a budget then this hotel is perfect! Would definitely return again.

Rooms to be a tad cooler but that could have been down to us not knowing how to use the air conditioning 🤦‍♀️

A comfortable and convenient stopover point for families on the go!

Location was good for us, the rooms were comfy and it was great to have a restaurant on site. We were a large family party in four rooms, and it was really nice, except that some said they found it too warm in the rooms.

The arrangements for dinner were complicated. After we had served our children with their starters we found out that wasn't included in the children's menu, so it got a bit complicated. It would also have been nice to book our breakfast in advance. Some had breakfast included and others of us didn't somehow - I think we used different booking platforms.

Try somewhere else.

Location is good for Disney.

Receptionist very rude. Some kind of scam going on. Asked to pay cash only on reservation. Then ignored and left. Then took forever for payment. Complete shambles and mess. Hospitality does not exist and the female receptionist needs to go.

get what you pay for , reasonably clean , beds are clean and firm ! could do with a little softer but everyone is differ

close to Disneyland Paris, secure parking

dated, needs some decorating doing and carpets renewing, smelt a bit damp , lift not working when we were there so had to take one lift to the second floor then the stairs to the third floor but overall for cost and location I may stop again
