Vriendelijk personeel.

Relaxing atmosphere and clean, staff were so lovely and helpful. In an excellent location in Montmartre just a couple of minutes from the Sacre Couer!

Le personnel, très professionnel et accueillant.
Bien sûr, la situation
4.3
The location is great, the staff are friendly with excellent language skills. You can be confident booking here if you don’t speak French.
It’s pretty quiet, though we were on the fifth floor.
The photos of the studio apartment DO NOT represent what you’ll actually get. The reality is significantly more basic. The layout of the room (which is not shown in the photos) means that the bed is pushed against the wall - one of you will not be able to get into bed normally. There are no bedside tables nor plug sockets near the bed. I have medical equipment I need to use so this was a real problem.
There will be one toilet roll in your room. Replacements are free but the staff guard them like they are gold bars. You will have to ask often, it will get weird.
The hairdryer did not work. One of the plug sockets did not work.
The place was overall pretty clean but could do with a thorough going over. There were mystery stains on the chairs. The wardrobe shelves were dusty, so my clothes were dusty. It all contributed to an air of neglect.
This is not a four-star property. It’s probably really useful if you travel with kids, so you can make small meals, etc without having to go out.

1) Staff were lovely and helpful.
2) Property was clean and tidy.
3) Beds were comfortable.
4) Shower great.
1) Kitchen hob so small that you couldn't have more than one item on the hob at one time.
2) Microwave no info on how to use other that just to heat up.
3) Dishwasher couldn't accommodate the dinner plates, so had to wash up.
4) Not enough surfaces in the kitchen or bedroom. Ideally a few shelves in the bedroom area would be great.
5) TV not a smart TV so couldn't use to stream from own accounts. We made do with pre-downloaded on ipad we brought with us.
6) WIndow set in a small section of the room, so when staying in felt like we were in a cell.
7) Noise from adjoining rooms wasn't great! Sound insulation could be improved to prevent this.
8) Separate toilet a good idea, but not without a sink in with the WC. It is not hygienic to have to open the door to go into another room to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Comfortable beds. ‘Sofa bed’ was an actual bed. Location was ideal. Gorgeous view out the wall of windows. Affordable.

Location. Room. Staff. All excellent!
Nothing. It was all great!

Pár metrů plochy pokoje navíc by cenu udělalo vynikající.

I liked the location and the staff at the reception. Having the kitchenette was definitely beneficial.
We were a family of 3 and we were given a paltry 4 pods of coffee for the whole 6 nights, no refills, no cleaning service for all 6 nights, same towels. And all this under the pretext of recycling or some garbage like that. If you are doing all that please reduce the room rent. Please don't pretend to trying to save Earth.

Good location. Big room and facilities were nice
No silverware in the kitchen. Had everything else but no forks, spoons and knives

The location was very good, 150m from Anvers metro and a 5 min walk from Abessess, with supermarkets nearby. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in the Montmartre neighborhood. The water filter downstairs to refill bottles was convenient too.
Helpful staff.
Our early check-in took a lot longer than initially promised, so we had to wait for some extra time. The toilet cubicle is quite small, but that is probably to be expected for Paris.
We travelled as a family but got a room with twin beds joined together, the beds had rolling wheels and very lightweight so we would end up with a gap in between while sleeping.
Very thin walls so you could hear your neighbours morning conversations or them clearing their throats even.

Cute little place. Well priced. Nice facilities. If I come back to Paris I would stay here again.
Needs to be cleaner.
Would be nice to have some Tv stations in English, or music channels.
4.3
The location was great for the most part, as it was near a metro station.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
The sofa bed wasn't set up.
No exhaust in the bathroom.
Issues with checking in on the first night.
4.3
The room includes everything you need from kitchen appliances to items, fridge, kettle, etc… Plus you can take additional things from the lobby.
The property offer a nice outdoor place and a corner for book reading and some activities for the kids.
The location is just perfect, walking distance from Monmartre and wide variety of yummi restaurants and the best part that is very close (5min walk) from different metro lines.
The disposition of the bed is between two walls that makes you feel little less comfortable but it’s ok.

Easy walk to everything, nice to make a cup of tea at night. room was cosy and warm.
4.3
Location is nice, close to the tube and in a relatively silent place, People around is average, with many young drunk and pissing on the walls.
Mediocre quality of the rooms and of the facilities. The reception lied in saying that there is breakfast and we discovered that only on place. A waste of money, I'd avoid that absolutely. Cleaning was mediocre. No towel change for 4 days.

We were able to check in at 10am by upgrading to a higher category of room and paying a supplement. There was a well-equipped kitchen which we did not really use, and a walk-in wardrobe, which we did. There was a separate WC.
The hotel has a pleasant garden in the courtyard where we might have sat if the weather had been more inviting.
We liked the free fizzy water machine at reception and there was a well-stocked corner of food and drink items for purchase which could be useful under certain circumstances. The hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is no outside noise, though many bars, cafés, restaurants and boutiques are within minutes' walk.
Rooms at this hotel are apparently not serviced during your stay unless you pay extra for the privilege. As part of our paid upgrade we had a small (about 2 sqm) "terrace". In principle this is a nice facility, but the terrace feels like something out of an unsalubrious tenement block. Although the kitchen had an electric kettle, no tea, coffee or milk was supplied.
In general the facilities of this hotel felt quite utilitarian (Adagio is part of the Accor group which certainly has plenty of no-frills brands in its portfolio). I felt the concept would have been more appropriate to someone going solo on a long stay for work rather than for a romantic weekend.

location is incredible, secured building , neat and modern clean room
almost all electric outlets didn’t work, there was a kitchenette without utensils and the fridge didn’t work, also elevator didn’t work for a couple of days

great location, clean and very friendly staff

We asked for a quiet room with a view and we were given exactly that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location couldn’t have been better.
4.3
* friendly staff
* great location
* nice room with a small kitchen
* the noise! There were some ongoing renovation works in proximity (not sure if this was in the hotel or in the adjacent building)
* just one small old elevator
* it was very cold in the whole building
