Wunderbare Lokation mit sehr feiner Küche

Der Park, der Pool und die äussere Erscheinung der Gebäude sind wunderbar.

Ein paar Leute des Personals machen ihren Job nur ungern. Im Bistro hat es mind. einen Kellner, der hat keine Ahnung von Wein und was er ausschenkt.

Eine Wohlfühloase in der Provence

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen in den Restaurants war sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und war außergewöhnlich gut. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Shuttle Van zum Ort und später zurück, das hat alles tadellos geklappt

Séjour décevant par rapport au standing que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel 5*

Je regardais cet établissement depuis longtemps et j'étais très contente de pouvoir y poser mes valises. La localisation est intéressante, au calme et proche de la ville de ST RÉMY.

La réservation par BOOKING, comme je l'ai déjà indiqué sur un autre lieu, nous donne droit à des chambres petites, avec des toilettes installées dans la salle de bains. Dans ce cas précis, la salle de bains était très "malfoutue" et exigüe. Nous avons fait la remarque en partant et on nous a dit qu'on aurait pu nous donner une autre chambre car l'hôtel n'était pas complet !!! Alors pourquoi ne pas le faire d'entrée de jeu ???? Sur le plan de la restauration, le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux et servi dans une agréable véranda, par contre, le personnel n'était pas à la hauteur ! Ex: "il ne reste plus d'assiettes pour se servir??? Réponse: Et bien il faut attendre !!! Le lave-vaisselle est-il en panne ??? Autre souci pour le diner qui nous était offert pour notre anniversaire de mariage, il a fallu attendre 1H30 entre l'entrée et le plat ??? alors que d'autres arrivés plus tardivement que nous, étaient déjà au dessert !!! À la question posée "Vous ne nous auriez pas oublié ?" Réponse : c'est la cuisine qui a un problème ! Mais personne ne s'excuse !!! Par ailleurs, pour un établissement 5 *, la propreté était limite dans la salle à manger (nombreuses "dégoulinures" sur les portes d'accès au jardin qui ne dataient pas d'hier. et déchets dans le jardin, pourtant très joli, bordant le bâtiment (paquet de cigarettes, papiers, feuilles en tas !!!). En un mot très décevant par rapport à notre attente, cet établissement semble se reposer sur sa notoriété !!

Outstanding hotel, with wonderful property and facilities and superb staff. I would stay here again

Wonderful staff and service. We had an issue with our room and they were quick and happy to re-assign us a new one.

The only minor criticism is that the hotel is a moderate walk to the center of town, however, they have complementary shuttle service for those who do not wish to walk.

Luxury spot to relax and soak up the beautiful St Remy. Highly recommend

Hotel was amazing. Staff were excellent. They offer a complimentary shuttle service down to St Remy town centre and back all day (and they picked us up from town centre when we arrived by bus from Avignon). Pool area is glorious with poolside bar and terrace. The Spa is also a luxury.

Beautiful setting and views.

Absence of lounge meant sitting in the bar. Housekeeping poor for a 5 star hotel. Staff quite morose.

Nothing really. Lunch was quite expensive and it was a bit far out of town but they give you shuttle rides In whenever you want so it’s not a big problem.

5 star property, holiday-inn service, maybe.

Beautiful gardens, really well done suite, private terrace was great.

The service was not up to expectation. When we arrived, the staff were not welcoming. Housekeeping was the bare minimum. Concierge service was non existent.

Nit quite a five star feel but still a good value

I stayed here at the last minute. The facilities are nice. Perhaps a bit dated. My room was large and had a nice quiet terrace.

It is about a 15 min walk to get to the town center. As stated, it is a bit dated.

waste of money

Nothing honestly, even the spa was full of kids where we were supposed to relax.

It needs a major renovation, it lacked luxury and comfort. We got bad recommendation from the concierge which caused us food poisoning. The pictures in booking seemed unlike the reality

Some staff members were extremely nice, others not enough. Overall disappointing stay

the spa area was reeking of chlorine. the indoor pool was over crowed and over chlorine. Same for the jacuzzi. The foul smell of chlorine even extended to all other areas of the property. This is simply not acceptable for a place that boast so many stars that it does not deserve.

Very good stay but room needs ton have soundproofing

Absolutely Everything except the bad soundproofing of the room.

We heard all the noise from the restaurant in the room until late night. It was to celebrate our wedding and it killed our night…We called the lobbying and they said they can’t do anything for us…Not acceptable at all for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel needs to have strong soundproofing !

We have been here several times before and note that there had been a degradation in service. For example - no soap holder in the shower, water and glasses not left in the room consistently,poor pool service.
