Okay for a short stay, but anything more than 4 days is not suitable due to extra costs.

The room was clean, reception staff very helpful, the laundry room was very useful. There is parking available on the street and in a multistorey, however, it's not cheap. The room was light and the aircon was good. The wifi was good and there's a good variety of TV channels. Kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, hot plate, microwave and kitchenware. Great location as it's a 5 minute walk to the beach and the metro line,, providing easy access to the city centre and the airport. There's a good number of supermarkets and bars around.

We couldn't use the pool due to needing a swimming cap. I've never seen this anywhere. There were no signs explaining this until we got to the pool and the member of staff there said we couldn't go in without one. We could have gone back to reception to buy one but we were in swimwear. Also, I have very long very curly hair, there's no way I would get a swimming hat on my head, so we were unable to use the pool the whole time. I also noticed that there are no sun loungers at the pool! Also, there is a charge for extra towels. I've stayed in other aparthotels and this was not the case. Further, there were silverfish in the bathroom and the carpets on each landing need to be replaced. These will be causing the silverfish. The shower doors are very odd, there's not much room in the shower and the doors leak, also another reason there's silverfish in the bathroom - there must be damp. There is an extra cost for cleaning. There's no full length mirror in the room.

Not a bad little place

The very good staff allowed us in a bit early. The hotel was fine but the only letdown was the room sizes but then that's always hard to find one that is close to town with a good-sized room. Very close to shops and places to eat.

Room size as mentioned above, was a tad on the small size. The hotel does open onto a balcony which has quite a nosey road outside with trams going up and down but then that's expected.

Good location right by a tram stop for easy access to city centre! Comfortable apartment, well equipped with good air conditioning.

The corridors could do with a little refurbishment but the apartments are good!

Strange rules around the swimmingpool No chairs or deckchairs allowed or anything of comfort only towels on the deck, no room cleaning for 4 day stay, was offered for price.

The one who is incharge of the pool area, my daughter forgot to turn off the shower and what he did is he asked as to get off the pool and turn off the shower thats just besides him. 🥲 i meant just a small consideration, my daughter is a child.

The room was not cleaned at all throughout our stay and the pool advertised is a public pool for the local community and no chairs are allowed. this contrasted with how this was advertised. the WiFi was not working at all throughout our stay.

The staff was very nice with us; is near to the Promenade and also it is a park that is free from 20:00- 9:00...and day time is 1 euro per hour

Nobody comes to clean the room, for 5 days.

Very nice

I really liked the location, the bathroom was super good, nice heating and the staff were super nice! The gentleman from the front desk let us do the check in before the 15pm without paying. Very kind , gentle and polite.

In general, everything was good, but I think that the decorations could be more modern: carpet floors are dangerous in case of fire, and the building is made of them.
