Komfortowo, blisko metra, wygodny podwójny pokój.

Przestronny pokój 4 osobowy (VIP) na 7 piętrze. Hotel od razu przy wejściu do metra/RER chociaż to już kawałek do centrum (ok 25-30min). Obsługa dyskretna i pomocna. Doceniam ekologiczne podejście z dystrybutorem wody na piętrze i kubkami wielorazowymi. Widok na ścianę okien biurowca ale opustoszały więc nie przeszkadzał.

W okolicy rano brak otwartych kawiarni - śniadanie możliwe tylko w hotelu. Załoga przy śniadaniu nie do końca ogarniała sytuację jak obok był inny event. Wybór jedzenia bez fajerwerków ale dzieci były zadowolone z pancake-ów. Brakowało niestety wielu składników i nie były uzupełniane (boczek, jajecznica, crossainty i inne bułki czy ciasto do pancake-ów) Typowe rozmycie odpowiedzialności - nie bardzo było wiadomo kto tam odpowiada za co.

Super week-end !

Chambre spacieuse, la cafetière et la bouilloire dans la chambre ainsi que les boissons fraîches. Les peignoirs et les chaussons fournis ainsi que les produits pour la douche /cheveux. L'emplacement près du RER.

Dommage que la fontaine à eau dans le couloir des chambres ne fonctionnait plus.

Ok short stay for access to Disneyland.

Large clean room and modern hotel. Sparkling water available on floor of hotel. Close to train station which is ideal if you want to stay somewhere affordable whilst going to Disneyland.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Lots of flies around uncovered food and food tasted old. Room and bedding smelt damp.

Location nearby train station, clean, quiet, spacious room. The manager kindly refunded us our third night when we had to leave early due to an injury.

Hard beds and pillows, felt very dated, old smell of smoke lingered in the air even though the hotel has been non-smoking for some time, reception didn’t always answer the phone, staff seemed Disengaged overall though a few people were lovely. Hard to explain but it felt like we were putting upon the staff by being there.

At about noon on July 11th, a man knocked on my door softly and then open my door without any inquiry and explanation. After my asking, he closed the door and left quickly without any apologize. I report the situation to the reception. The reception tell me the man is a new cleaner after checking with the manager. However, the same thing happened once again at about 7:20 pm on July 13th. My five colleges lived in the same floor with me, but none of them met the trouble. I didn't know what the man's plan and I think it's a great threat to young single women and irresponsible security.

We only stayed for one night but the room was nice and the location was convenient for us as it’s on the metro line from Disneyland to Paris. There is also a huge mall right next to it so that’s great.

Good hotel, we recommend it and we will come back

Very good location (near RER A station Val de Fontaney, 3 min walk to a mall where you can find Auchan store, fast foods restaurants (Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC) and specific foods restaurants (chinese, japanese, turkish) and other shops, the hotel offers for free plate water and carbonised water within Brita water dispenser on the lobby of each floor, very clean rooms, silentios rooms even the hotel is located near the RER station, very polite and friendly staff;

Poor breakfast, the empty plates were filled again only if the staff were asked 😐; entrance of the hotel very ugly (old blue faience similar to swimming pool...considering the entrance into the hotel gives the first impresion, there should be major improvements to be done here), climatisation of the room didn't worked properly (maybe a problem only in our room, we haven't complained this to the reception because we used the room only at night)

Great location for access to transportation and grocery supplies.

There is a train station and shopping mall right next to the hotel.

The AC unit in our room did not work. We let the front desk know, but nothing was done to fix it during our stay. We opened the window to help keep the room a little cooler. The location is not at all Paris-like and felt like a failing commercial district. The hotel overcharged us for breakfast that we never ate. We had to dispute this with the hotel. The hotel charged us for a tourist tax that was supposed to be included in the quoted price (according to Booking.com)

Good location next to RER station but air con didn't work.

Located next to RER and Bus Station. Clean and modern.

Air conditioning system didn't work well - it was far too hot in the room which made it a little uncomfortable. Not many restaurants open the day we visited which made it difficult to find somewhere to eat. Even the hotel restaurant wasn't available on that day.

Close to RER which is good and there's not much restaurant opened on Sunday in the neighborhood

They are trying to charge me additionally with none sense "no show" of my coworkers which were confirmed to check-in and check-out together with me for one night. This is unreasonable and complain E-mail delivered and I have no idea what's next?

Disappointing

The room doesn't have toothbrush, or sliper and etc, staff told us you should have it. also they don't send mail before our stay to infrom us we should bring every personal thing. Also, the bottle of water was open in the room.
