Très déçu pour un hotel Mercure côté de la propreté des chambres.

Le restaurant, les plats étaient délicieux (félicitation au chef et sa brigade) et le petit déjeuné était copieux. Personnels du restaurant à l'écoute et très souriant. Idem pour l'accueil.

Très déçu par la propreté de la chambre. 1er chambre :, prise électrique arrachée et table de nuit non nettoyé. Changement de chambre 2ème chambre salle de bain limite (poils dans la baignoire et tâches sur le rebord de la baignoire) ,poussière. Pas de geste commercial de ma part de l'équipe.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, Weinangebot im Restaurant, sehr leckerer Burger genossen

Extrem kleines Zimmer und Bad (obwohl „upgrade“ bekommen, warum auch immer), WC nicht 100% sauber, Plastik-Unterbezug über Matrazze konnte man hören, billigste Schaumstoff-Kissen, lausiges TV-Programm (15 Kanäle in F, ok bin ja auch in F, aber international ist da nix). In der Summe ganz schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (195 Euro für eine Nacht in nicht-geh-Distanz zum Zentrum)

L'hôtel avec son grand parking est moderne et les chambres sont très spacieuses. La proximité du centre ville est appréciable

Le fait que ce soit moi qui ai fait les réservations mais qui n'ai pas bénéficié des petits déjeuners gratuits ayant plus de 65 ans alors que nos amis en ont bénéficié. Pourquoi tant de différences ??

Pleasant surprise - ideal location as if you have a car, there is plentiful parking on site.

Lovely surprise: clean, stylish and modern! Range of electric car chargers - we didn't use, but v useful for those en route to or from South France; great location as a v short walk into the medieval town of Beaune; although we didn't use, the hotel has an onsite swimming pool and offers towels to use - it was in the midst of a heatwave! Very stylish hotel (especially for a Mercure); had free water to fill your own bottles and a lovely lounge area with seating and books plus a stylish bar! Rooms great too

Bit of a 'bun fight' for breakfast as hard to find staff to take orders, but not sure how to correct as staff worked v hard to keep buffet and crockery/cutlery replenished. Good range of food to suit most tastes.

A Nice Place for a Very Quick Stay

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful, even though we struggled to find taxis servicing the area.

We had to leave early to make a train and we missed breakfast. I asked if we could have it removed from our bill, and they were unable to do that.

Perfect in everyway

Junior suite was amazing for our kids and dog. Very good size and well equipped. Amazing shower and bathroom. The twin room was equally as good and all clean. Amazing restaurant and bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definately return next year as a perfect stop over on route to the south.

Great place to explore the Area, just a short walk from the center. The staff is friendly and helpful, clean and modern

Free parking, Nice bathroom, location to town and the Hotel Bar with the free tap water station.

The bedsheets were a little strange the sheets are not fixed, and the room is quite small for a privilege room.
