The buffet breakfast was perfect, lots of variety and great staff.
Nothing bad to say all was perfect!

The hotel was modern fresh and clean. It had a small infinity pool which was very refreshing after a long day out exploring. The air con worked very well. The sheets were soft and rooms clean. The highlight was the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and one lady helped to book us for dinner we would like to thank her as we had an amazing meal.

We liked the pool and the decoration of the hotel, it was really lovely 😊
The price of the food was expensive
4.5
Quiet but rather empty at this period of the year . Staff members are very nice and can give you advices concerning things to do in the surroundings. Nice decoration of the room and entrance hall .Nice pool and view
Free Parking is not close to the hotel facilities/if you chose the hotel place you need to pay 10€. In winter time you need to find a restaurant before arriving on site

The public areas were nice and there was generally a good selection to choose from at breakfast.
The freshly-squeezed orange juice option was nice, although it wasn't working on our last morning, which was a disappointment and I therefore opted to skip breakfast.
The swimming pool was nice.
We paid extra for rooms with a sea view but what we got was more of a sea glimpse. The sea was a ten minute drive away and the other side of a very busy main road! Charging extra for this was a con.
The air con didn't work.
As the hotel appeared to be in the middle of an industrial estate, there was no option but to drive to it and we therefore felt charging to park was unreasonable.
There were supposed to be ironing facilities in the rooms but there were only a handful of irons and one ironing board available from reception.
The wine on offer was not good.

Decent, nothing special.
Nobody mentioned that a 50€ credit card hold per night per person is MANDATORY at this hotel.
The room is very small, especially the bathroom.

Sarah's attention in the reception was superb. Another worker called Melissa also did it very comfortable for me.
The door of the room was not closing and the service in the restaurant was too slow.
2.5
Huge property. Pool was nice. Good Breakfast
Hotel should provide some options like bicycle/eScooter/Car on Rent as it is located in Remote.
There was nothing to eat or drink in nearby places. You have to have car to go anywhere.
Location choice is very poor.
4.0
modern and bright.
very nice breakfast and breakfast room staff
inane and continuous lift announcements drifting into corridor. totally unnecessary. top accor directors - correct immediately.

Bed was confortable. Good relation price-quality.
The recepcionist told me she couln't give me a ticket for my accomodation. She said I should ask Booking.com cause I reserved through them. But Other times before you gave me a receipt without problems, even more, I did request you to send it by email after my stay and you sent it quickly. I don't understand why she said so.
3.5
comfortable bed and bed linen.
very basic hotel but has all you need for a comfortable stay. location is not great, you will need a car to get around
3.0
Basic hotel that has everything you need for one night. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
very thin walls in the hotel, we could hear people outside in the pool area talking late at night. Bathroom is very basic and the towels are small. Carpets need changing out as these look dirty and tired. AC is quite noisy. Location of the hotel is not great, but it was to be expected when we booked it. You will need a car. The restaurant was closed when we arrived in the evening after 9pm.

They have an electric car charger included in the underground parking rate of 10 eur per night.
The location isn’t the best, it’s very industrial. Breakfast is ok

Filthy carpet in the elevator
