Die Lage in der Nähe zum Gare de l‘Est ist hervorragend. Mit der U-Bahnstation Chateau d‘Eau hat man eine Anbindung an die wichtige Metrolinie 4 direkt vor der Haustür.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber. Auch die Badezimmer, Handtücher und das Bettzeug ist sauber. Einrichtung des Bads, TV und WLAN funktionieren gut. Das Frühstück ist schlicht, aber hilft sehr beim gelungenen Start in den Tag.
Es ist nicht übermäßig hellhörig, aber einen laut fernsehenden Nachbarn hört man schon.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht. Ein paar Bilder an den Wänden würden die Zimmer noch etwas schöner machen.

El desayuno caro y muy pobre…
Había olor a tabaco durante el día que coincidía cuando había pintores y mas personal.
Le informé al recepcionista del tremendo olor a cigarrillo que había en el edificio y que soy alérgico, pero no hicieron nada y una empleada dijo que éramos los clientes los que fumábamos??
Las toallas tenían olor a tabaco…
El baño olía a pisssss!!!
Cuando arreglaban? La habitación era increíble ver lo mal hecha que dejaban las camas…
Llevo mas de 150 hoteles visitados y este, daba pena y se lo hice saber al recepcionista ya que es importante quejarse en el hotel y ver la reacción, pero no hubo tal reacción….
Una pena…

Dato il prezzo molto vantaggioso, non mi aspettavo gran che da questo hotel ma ha di gran lunga superato le mie aspettative.
L'hotel è tappezzato di moquette, ad eccezione per le camere che invece avevano un ambiente rinnovato, La camera ha un carinissimo bagno,(senza però finestra) e risultava essere essenziale e senza troppe pretese. La nostra camera, era molto pulita ed anche molto calda.
L'hotel dispone di un ascensore ( piccolino ma comodo) e di un area ristoro usata per la colazione con anche macchine del caffè automatiche per prendere un aveva da calda in qualsiasi ora..
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La habitación para cuatro personas esta bien de espacio con 3 camas sencillas y 1 cama semi doble, el internet es bueno y permite conectar varios dispositivos.
Con respecto a la ubicación queda cerca de una estación de metro lo cual facilita el movimiento para conocer la ciudad, no hablan español; sin embargo, el personal es servicial y te ayudan.

Very noisy, we heard all other guests as well as the escalator and doors, in the early morning hours we heard the construction site outside too

the heater made too much noise. I had to turn it off during the night to sleep. And the fresh paint smell was very strong.

nothing . well the breakfast is ok.
we have a family room and a family of 5 . Our shower room does not have a curtain or a glass door thus everytime someone takes shower water pours out the entire bathroom. it’s my first time to have Hôtel the shower does not have cover. that is frustrating.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We even managed to get a kettle in the midnight. The light bulb was changed in no time after we asked for it. Towels were changed every day. Rooms were not new but quite clean. You can adjust the radiator as well.
In the evening the street is packed with locals hanging everywhere. The hotel facilities are quite simple.

-Room is not something special but it was exactly what you want. A clean bed, location next to two train stations and next to metro. So you can go everywhere you want. In the expensive city of Paris, it was fair enough! Value for money 100%

Metro station close by, walking distance to supermarket & fast food. Great shower. Helpful & friendly staff.
- Mould on the wall/skirting behind the bed
- no tea & coffee making in room
- no extra pillows available
- location felt unsafe at night (groups of men gathered on the streets)

Definitely only 2 star accommodation. OK for the price we paid and good access to the metro.
Not the best area of Paris to stay in. The lift only goes to the 5th floor and you had to walk up the rest to the 6th.

Good cost benefit.
The hotel is simple, but clean, comfortable and in a good location (Tube M4 next to the hotel), great brasseries.
The staff, specially the morning receptionist (unfortunately forgot her name) as super helpful.
