For the price, its ok.

Convenient location. Airport bus just a short walk away.

Sound proofing was bad. You can hear every conversation happening from the doorway.

Lovely hotel, not boutique, busy, but great food and facilities.

Nice room, a bit smaller than I had hoped, but modern, lovely shower, very quiet and had a great night's sleep, breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed being close to Mongkok and all the fun shops in the neighbourhood. Also just a short walk to the Australian Dairy Co. The decor is fun.

The photos of the room look more spacious that they actually are, but this is a lovely hotel, not quite as boutique as advertised, but a lovely place to stay.

Great hotel, central location

Chic hotel in a central location with lots of eateries nearby. The basement restaurant Yat Tung Heen produced the most exquisite yumcha dining I've ever had. Rooms were very comfy and clean. There was always staff around to assist with anything you need.

-Hotel en plein cœur de Kowloon, à côté du métro Jordan, du marché Temple Street, du marché Ladie´s market. -Chambre propre, piscine sympa, salle de sport super, bar sympa aussi avec de la musique. -Calme. -À côté de tout pour manger resto locale et il y a aussi un Starbuck et McDo à côté. -Personnel très gentil, accueillant et souriant. -Prête aussi des adaptateur pour les recharges de téléphone ou autre. Très arrangent.

-Bar très cher. -Hotel cher.

The hotel is superb in overall. You may easily get food as the hotel link with several restaurants.

We stayed in Salon with Rollaway Bedroom for 3 pax. The room is cozy and spacious especially the bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved. Staffs are helpful and responsive especially before check-in ie Renky and Toby. After sales service was good too ie Ricky (if not mistaken) who follow up my case. Overall is good for the location and room. Food and shopping are around the corner. ‘Body guard’ always duty at the lift to ensure all the guests are safe. The concierge is helpful too!

House keeping can be improved a little more especially for the mattress and etc. We felt a bit dusty for the carpet as we sneezed often in the room on first night (I think house keeping did vacuum after we complained)

Excellent location, even better service!

Location is great, just minutes away from Jordon MRT and few bus stops down to Tsim Sha Tsui. Hotel is located along Nathan Road and perpendicular to Jordon Road so there are lots of food and shopping options. Service was excellent! Calls to the reception were responded to promptly and politely. I had to bring some frozen stuff back home and had to borrow the hotel’s freezer for 2 days. The staff helpfully obliged, no questions asked! Housekeeping is great too, room was always a pick and span after each day. Love the vibes of the hotel too.

If it’s your first time in HK, Eaton HK is the place to be

We love everything about Eaton HK. There’s a metro nearby and other was close to the shopping areas. You have Temple Street 3 blocks away and Ladies Market 15 min by foot so shopping was made very easy. For a nook, it was spacious and comfortable. It has a stylish interior and cool exterior. Definitely dip and take a photo at their chic rooftop pool and the delish food court in the lower ground. The toiletries they provide were from Grown Alchemist which smells divine. The staff were friendly and always ready to help you.

Goed voor een paar dagen in Hong Kong

Locatie, ligt echt op een geweldige plek in Hong Kong. Alles goed op loop afstand te doen en dicht bij de metro om de hotspots te bezoeken.

Kamers waren goed, schoon en netjes. maar waren al wel aan de oudere kant.

Currently, style over substance. Would like them to focus more on what people go through & improve on that.

There were a lot of spaces to hang out, eat etc. also numerous things to do in the area. Stylistically the place looked great too.

Breakfast to me was nothing special. A real let down. I expected more out of the general facilities but very average. The lobby was uncomfortably hot and humid.

Wir waren insgesamt mit dem Hotelaufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels war wunderbar, weil ins Zentrum nur kurze Wege notwendig waren. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Für Privatreisende ist allerdings so gut wie kein Stauraum vorhanden.

每天都有整理房間及補足用品，地點方便房間蠻大的，床很舒服，冷氣夠冷！

入住時並未依照訂單內容及價格給予優惠，訂單上明確訂購雙人床而非雙床房，打開訂單內容才做修改，價格訂購時為24xx但價格卻變26xx，當下結帳沒注意到就被多收了！整體感覺不太舒服⋯

Séjour reposant dans le tumulte hongkongais !

Hôtel moderne bien situé, literie confortable. Problèmes avec la climatisation mal en point mais le personnel a été réactif dans l'apport de ventilateur d'appoint. Food court situé en bas du bâtiment très agréable. Conciergerie sympathique. Très joli bar. Équipements en chambre modernes. La piscine non couverte était géniale ! Dommage pour la fermeture en cas de pluie. On n'aurait pas été plus mouillés...

Quelques prises électriques n'ont pas du tout fonctionné, proposer quelques adaptateurs aurait aussi été appréciable. Chambres non prêtes au check-in mais merci de nous avoir offert des boissons au bar en attendant.

Need To Improve On Bed Quality

Liked that the room was spacious and with well lit lighting.

Didn't like that the room was sold as a city view room but we didn't get a view of the city at all. Also, the rollaway bed in the room was extremely hard so the third guest ended up having to sleep on the sofa. Not worth the money we paid for the room. Need to improve on the quality of the beds when there's so much charged for the room.

乾淨！員工態度很好！位置方便！地鐵還是巴士都很近！隔音很棒！設計復古風很有feel！早餐超讚der要加購！！！！checkin日買有打折！豆花要吃！薯泥要吃！大啡菇要吃！還有咖哩飯！飯店幾乎每天晚上都有活動，可以去玩！自家酒吧有shisha！罐子長得很漂亮！薯條很好吃！漢堡超大一個！ B1美食街也很棒！但9點多就差不多收了床太好睡每天都幾乎爬不起來~~~~~~！

飯店有年紀了，有些設備也是會壞掉但基本上跟櫃檯說他們會馬上處理！

Terrific breakfast to for all tastes. Only place I know that provides hand pressed carrot/apple juice at breakfast. Helpful concierge to locate taxis. WiFi fine. Rooms and beds comfortable

地點相當不錯，距離巴士、地鐵站都相當近，也有很多7-11、餐廳、路邊小吃。房間整潔乾淨舒適，空調、淋浴熱水也很舒服，以此房價來說是相當佛心經營，完美的酒店

在樓層間找不到公用飲水機，倒是有製冰機^^

整體的細節都做得很好這次入住4晚第二晚就記得我們要兩瓶水每天都幫我們換上新的兩瓶水房間插座也很多甚至還附上充電線讚讚且客房服務做得很貼心房間很乾淨在入住時也問我們想不想跟朋友住同層盡量滿足我們的需求非常棒很有水準 cp高的飯店頂樓泳池也爆美！健身房還是24小時的超讚！

最後一天房務收被單時不小心把我的私人物品收走回到給客房服務時客服人員還很體貼且迅速幫我找回甚至幫我洗淨送回感受極佳不過還是希望房務能細心一點～～～
