Je reviendrai !!!

Chambre très spacieuse et propre, le personnel incroyable

Il est préférable de mettre un four à micro-ondes accessible à tous et sans passer par le personnel. Car avec des enfants en bas âge où il faut toujours chauffer les aliment ce n’est pas agréable.

Très rapport qualité prix

L’emplacement Le ménage est nickel !!!! A une minute à pied de la station de métro Pleins de restaurent autour Le vendredi il y a le marché à la porte de l’hôtel

Il y a des sans abris juste à côté de l’hôtel qui vous abordent, ils ne sont pas méchants mais ça fait peur.

Le calme de l établissement Le restaurant, les plats et le service L emplacement de l établissement Le parking à disposition

Le debit de l eau dans la douche trop faible : pas agreable apres une journée de visite avec beaucoup de marche... Les lits des enfants qui grincent la nuit lorsqu'ils bougent...

Très bien à part quelques oublies importants…

Très propre et hyper bien placé. Le personnel très agréable.

Il n’y avait aucun produits dans les recharges dans la salle de bain (obligé de demander.. ce n’est pas vraiment normal au prix de l’hôtel et à sa réputation)

Ac was not working

The reception told us that you have to book your slot for breakfast and she gave us 9:30 slot We went at 9 30 and the staff said the breakfast is over and you are late for the breakfast and he was so rough that he was doing us a favour he said I will give you 2 minutes and then o will wind up

the shower had very low pressure and the drain didn’t work at all so that it flooded the bathroom into the bedroom. Air con also didn’t work

Very welcoming staff and a clean hotel

The staff were exceptionally sweet. The two staff members - Samy and Ines - did everything in their power to provide us a comfortable,welcoming and warm stay. They worked above and beyond to provide incredible services for us, e.g. giving recommendations to eat or providing taxis -even when there was a strike. They were extremely nice!!

everything was perfect as we stayed only one night , the only thing is that in reception didn’t speak any language but F

the location and the space of the rooms

that parking is not available and when I read reviews from other it’s always the problem , and sent us to a parking that had five cars with broken glasses and stolen . for the price of the rooms should have parking even paying one but should be available

Comfy room and all the amentities you would want and need but no air conditioning

The room was very comfortable and I enjoy how spacious the executive room was. There was just an endless amount of space and room for me to get ready and to feel comfortable. The wifi was excellent.

My room's air conditioning was not operating to my liking. It stayed pretty warm and toasty when I wanted it to be a little cooler. And no matter what I changed the temperature to it would just stay super warm in the room. The minibar in my room was also malfunctioning. The light flickered on and off all night and it would not cool the drinks to my liking. The drinks always seemed a little warm whenever I took them out of the fridge. There wasn't many options for breakfast in my opinion. I didn't really see much of a variety.

Air conditioning barely worked, carpets were dirty, shower was dirty and leaked all over the floor, extremely noisy, room had a musky smell

The clean of the room and facilitites

Staff: my wife was shamed by staff to paid the days while all was paid. No money paid back was proposed. It's an humiliation.
