In front of the metro station, supermarket and restaurants. Even its not in the center, connection and location is great for families that are touring and sightseeing a town during whole day and just coming at the end of the day to sleep and relax.
We always stay with Novotel and we didn't feel this was to Novotel standards. Looks that staff doesn't have any experience for the positions they are occupaing or maybe cause hotel looked full at that time they didn't know how to manage it properly. Restaurant floor was ALWAYS sticky, place where are cups for coffee as well, food was never replenished on time. All the time one elevator was not working so there were always lines going up and down. We were always missing towels in the room and first time we called reception they just said "come down to take it". When we asked for breakfast box (we had to leave at 4am) they said they don't have anyone at that time available so they can't do it, even when we said we are fine with just biscuit and juice, no need for anything else and we can pick it up in the evening, again answer was no. Twice we went to WC near restaurant, it was without toilet paper.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Paris. We come back because of the convenient parking situation and the proximity to the subway stop. We also enjoy the neighborhood restaurants as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
When we entered our room, we noticed a bottle of champagne on ice. It was a surprise we didn't expect. Several minutes later, the door came open and two men entered our room (WITHOUT KNOCKING), using a manager's key to unlock the door. They grabbed the champagne bucket and left. It was very strange to say at least!

The location of the hotel was very good. There is a metro station a few meters and a lot of bistros.
There was a repair job that started every day from 9 am. A lot of machines noices from every wall.

We stayed as a family of four, looking for somewhere affordable but comfortable. It's in a good location, in a nice area and easily reached by Metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit snug for 3 beds, with not much room left to move around; but it was clean and comfortable and we all slept well. Bathroom was clean and separate toilet was v useful with 4 of us. It was a great base from which to explore Paris and it definitely met our expectations based on what we paid.
Nothing.

A bit far from the center. Not much to see around

Staffs were extremely helpful and caring:
Breakfast was ok but if you come around 9 am, you will not get the fruits and it is not replenished on a timely manner. The cups are chipped and you have to wait to have a clean one.

Breakfast spread was good! Room sizes was fine for Paris. Staff was really welcoming!
No pool! Location was a bit far from the city!

close to metro station "Liberte"
can be reached by bus too
located in a less touristy area but functionable residential area
Auchan (supermarket) next door
a number of nice bakeries (boulangeries) nearby
larger rooms compared to those located in central Paris
same options for breakfast everyday
limited to nothing left when u arrive late for breakfast (within their breakfast provision hours)
the room is not so sound-proof - pray u have no neighbors next door

the location is good..
I paid €200 for one night. room was old and tired, dusty, dirt marks on the wall where a picture once hung, bar staff unfriendly and limited choice of beers (Afligem and Grimbergen only). Breakfast cost €22 each so €44 for my wife and I. we arrive around 8:30, the table where all dirty with people’s plates and leftovers, nowhere to sit other than on an already dirty table. hot food was empty, I asked if more was coming out, told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later no hot food still. went to reception to speak to a manager, whilst she did go and speak to the kitchen staff, here attitude wasn’t particularly friendly.
for this price I’d expect at least a clean dust free room and some hot food in the morning, it’s not asking much.
