La proximité de mon lieu de week-ends. La gentillesse de l’accueil. La propreté

Malheureusement l’hôtel ne propose pas de recharge pour mon véhicule électrique. Certes , une rallonge à était mis à ma disposition mais c’est une prise domestique donc 220v. Trop trop lente Impossible à recharger complètement un véhicule. Pour un 4 étoiles je trouve cela dommage.

Great facility and staff in a green area

Completely refurbished hotel, spacious located in a green area central between Le port and Cergy center. Very nice staff and great breakfast

Good night sleep at a comfortable hotel

Clean, friendly staff comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and spacious room.

Food in bar good. Good location for our needs. Secure parking! Staff attentive when needed

Plastic matress protection induced excessive perspiration in the night. Two single matresses put together. One with use caused constant roll to middle of bed. Noise of hairdyers in early morning. Kids not controlled by parents running in corridor.

Comfortable and good.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the shopping mall. Staff are friendly. Good breakfast. Clean room, meeting my request.

The restaurant could have a better menu.

Secure parking for my van. Very large rooms. Breakfast was finishing when I came down after I misread that breakfast in the room was served later than in the breakfast room but the staff kindly facilitated my breakfast. There s a nice park behind hotel. There s a nice magnolia tree in bloom in march at the entrance.

It s more suitable for those with their own vehicles to get there.

I have been staying in this property on regular basis when it was Novotel, after long time, I booked this hotel, but was surprised to see the colours of the walls and the floor of room quite irritating. It was not comfortable stay at all.

Good size room. The selection for breakfast was good. All in all a comfortable hotel if you are on a business trip in Cergy.

There were ongoing renovation works at the hotel and hence the smell of paint everywhere. The bar closed too early.

Great value for money. .Clean rooms, friendly staff, big room. Keep this gem price please!

Heating was a bit high but i can understand as it was 16 celcius with new year, so hard to asjust to that exotic situation.

Decent Hotel with Good location if u have work in cergy. Rooms are normal modular built for functional purpose. - Nothing to remember once u checkout.

Price seems high for category of hotel. We paid walk in Rack Rate through Booking.com which was disappointing.
