Hôtel conforme à nos attentes ,qui mériterait de faire quelques efforts à la vue du prix de la nuité

grande chambres (côté rue), hôtel à proximité du centre ville . Un grand merci à une des femmes de ménage, qui m'a guidé et aidé pour pouvoir sortir mon véhicule du garage sans accrocher la carrosserie, tellement est l'étroitesse du lieu et le mauvais accès....

insonorisation de la chambre. accès aux garage pour les voitures minimaliste gare aux rayures sur les carrosseries. le bas de protection de la baignoire de notre chambre était dans un piteux état, et mériterait rapidement d'être remis à neuf. On aimerait que soit mis à disposition des clients des chaussons pour évoluer dans la chambre. La moquette mériterait, soit d'être changé ou pour le moins ,un nettoyage en profondeur.

Malgré l'absence de chauffage, notre séjour était agréable et s'est très bien passé.

Petit déjeuner excellent, il y avait de tout. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Hôtel bien situé, pas loin de la gare et à deux pas du centre ville.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre pendant deux jours, alors qu'il faisait froid dehors.

Very nice hotel for a short visit

Very nice hotel and convenient to central Epinal and train station. Staff helpful and friendly.

The small breakfast room sometimes needed to be restocked with good items.

Stayed there before just after Covid lockdown was lifted. Same good level of service now.

Breakfast and room were up to standard. Near to good restaurants for an evening meal.

Parking spaces are a bit narrow. The bath in the bathroom has not yet been converted to a walk-in shower. Tesla owner should not have been allowed to park his Tesla across the garage entrance to charge it. Couldn't have been LESS friendly when he came to move it. But the hotel staff were effective in fining him and solving the problem of no access to the garage.

The wall separating sleeping space from the bathroom had glass elements, which made light to come out when someone is the bathroom. it was very uncomfortable especially at night when other were sleeping.

Not really a four star hotel. More 1980s fixtures and fittings without the things expected from a modern hotel, eg good quality shower, accessible electrical points in bedroom, enough space to lay out cloths and travel items.

had to change rooms as bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned

staff were very good and helpful. once we changed rooms our new room was of a decent standard. nice to have a pool. good breakfast

it’s very run down in parts. our first “family” room was on the 3rd floor with a massive window that didn’t close or lock. that was in the room our 3&6 year old would sleep in and was so dangerous. it wouldn’t have taken anything for my son to climb on the windowsill slide open the window and fall out down 3 floors. that said when we pointed it out they immediately moved us. that room should never have been used.

Nice weekend break - hotel that serves the needs

Very friendly staff, the swimming pool is always a plus when travelling with kids, very comfortable beds

Old building, needs further renovation inside the rooms and especially bathrooms. Swimming pool could be a bit better attended

The hotel is dated and needs refurbishment. Dirty and stained walls and worn carpets. Bath of flimsy plastic, without anti slip

Good hotel but needs renovation.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center of Epinal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed having an indoor pool and a sauna.

The facilities are getting old and needs to be maintained better especially the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are getting old too even if they tried to change the furnitures. The bathrooms need renovation.

Great hotel and I will return shortly.

A friendly clean and warm hotel in the city centre. The reception is very modern and the leisure facilities are great. Next time I plan to eat in the hotel restaurant. I tried a place in town and was disappointed.

The underground car park, its great to have onsite parking but this has to be the tightest car park I have ever used. I arrived late and my space was in the worst position. Getting in was fun but getting out. I had to reverse the whole way as there was no change of turning a SUV in the space.
