Manque crucial d'isolation phonique avec le couloir

La surface des appartements. Lit se la chambre impeccable

Très mauvaise isolation phonique, Nous avions l'impression que les gens qui passaient dans le couloir étaient dans l'appartement, les portes de chaque logement faisaient beaucoup de bruit à la fermeture. Bref nous étions réveillé par le bruit toute les heures... Matelas de canapé lit très inconfortable.

Sincèrement, tout etai parfait, le personnel l'endroit le calme, très satisfaite de mon séjour 😊

Bon petit déjeuner, pains au chocolat et ñains très tendrr :)

Noisy, disappointing.

Friendly personnel. Comfortable bed but the pillow kept losing bits of filling.

Aeroplanes approach the landing strip and fly low over the hotel .... every 10 minutes from 06:00 to 00:30. When sitting outside by the pool you can't hear each other every 10 minutes. Rooms are not serviced unless you stay longer than 7 days. The shower drained slower than the water came in. Bathroom furniture was falling apart. Upstairs neighbour left her howling dog alone in the room on numerous nights. Very far from Toulouse which means Uber drivers are reluctant to come for pick-ups. Limited dining options within walking distance. Safe doesn't work.

I won’t stay here again.

The size of the room and the kitchen.

The lighting was terrible in the room and so were the pillows,there was no hair dryer, and thin flimsy curtains, an international hotel should have blackout curtains for people who have flown all night long and are jet lagged. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen and no freezer, only a very small refrigerator, no kitchen vent fan. I cooked a piece of duck and the entire place filled up with smoke. The Hotel was hard to get into with a gated entry, and once I got my room key you still have to get out of your car to push the buzzer to get into the parking lot. There were no carts to carry in multiple bag, the stairwell was a narrow spiral staircase with very dirty carpet. The front entry didn’t have automatic doors making unloading and loading difficult.

The location is a bit far from center of Toulouse but if you have a car its fine.

Great hotel close to Toulouse and airport

Very friendly and clean hotel. My son loved the gym and we enjoyed the breakfast which offered a very good selection of food. The freshly baked madeleines were delicious 😋 The reception team were particularly helpful in recommending The Pergola restaurant, highly recommended and they gave us a discount too when we mentioned the hotel 😊

Easy to book, very comfortable just a shame about the smoking.

The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was also ver good as was the room. Disappointed there was no electric kettle to boil water and that I was told to use a pot.

There was information that stated it was a NON-smoking facility. But there were a lot of people smoking around the pool and on the balconies of their room.
