Perfect Nice stay

The location and the relaxed atmosphere. Great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds. It’s a bit further away from the centre of Nice but this was perfect for us, we just hopped on the easy electric bikes to go back and forth along the Promenade. I’d recommend a terrace suite for sea views

Schönes Hotel, gut für Städtetrip. Preis-Leistung passt nicht ganz

Schönes Hotel, bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Lage direkt am Meer, in die Altstadt läuft man 45 Minuten, aber Bus ist vor der Tür. Frühstück lecker und viel.

Eigentlich alles gut. Es ist ein großes Hotel, dementsprechend unpersönlich, aber das weiß man vorher. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist schön, aber schon toll fotografiert.

Will never book again!

The View 10/10 and the RoofTop 8/10 of the place are the things we really loved!! But that’s it! Rooftop Restaurant with brilliant service and delicious food! Amy from front desk was the only one kind and smiling person there!

Oh, what I didn’t like!! First of all I will never ever book or recommend this place to any of my friends! The reasons are so many and if you are planning to stay at Radisson Blue in Nice you need to read all before you book a room there! First of all I am one of the biggest Gambling Streamers in the world and I’ve been visiting many places but that is the most weird Hotel I’ve ever Checked in! Check-in was a Horrible Experience!! Arriving at 09:00 of course I am not expecting my room to be ready but the Front office gentleman (Nicolo, sorry if that’s not the exact name but not him not even the FO Manager were wearing Name Tags, so was the absolute unprofessional for a 4star property behavior!!! Rude, Not sure what he is doing, not recommending a single place where we should wait until the room is ready(you can go somewhere around) he said :(, Unprofessional and Sad Front Desk at all! I couldn’t even check in at all (weird) may be he just wanted me to go away with the promise he will call me when the room is ready! Me my wife and my daughter went around the hotel to search for open place or sofa to stay.. found the roof top ordered food and drinks to rest from the flight! Bartenders unprofessional at that day😅 Mojito was terrible 😢 sad! Went down after 3h to check!!! Nicolo was literally angry to see me again!! He have lost my number so I gave to him again!! Not ready!!! After staying at the Rooftop for 6.30 hours I went at 15:40 and was ready… No one called me before !! I was fuming 😡! Front office manager gave me 2 complimentary drinks at the same rooftop 😂!! Sadness!! Room was with very dirty floor I don’t know what did they clean for 3 hours( departure is at 12 as worst) Room facilities - Bad.. Terrible.. Old nothing like the photo! Bathroom - to take a shower is a Challenge!! Big challenge! Sofa bed for my 7y old girls!! Dangerous! It so much metal on the sides she can but herself easy! Old sofa!

Not that much value for money.

Helpful staff, good breakfast

Small rooms (even a family room was small), housekeeping and minibar services below average. Toilet paper, coffee, etc wasn't renewed. No hairdryer in the room.

Lovely hotel with view of the sea

Lovely room with beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Dressing gown and slippers, black out curtains, tea and coffee and water provided.

There was a horrible smell of sewage permeating throughout the room and corridor. The air con wasn’t brilliant and very noisy.

Déçu par rapport à la renommée de l’hôtel.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, très mauvaise communication, le temps qu’il trouve une solution cela a pris quatre heures, et si je ne relance pas je n’ai pas de réponse. En arrivant, dans dans la chambre, une bouteille d’eau est offerte, celle-ci était déjà ouverte et entamé à mon arrivée.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fatima à l'accueil de l'hôtel, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir être surclassé dans une chambre vue mer incroyable qui nous à mis des étoiles dans les yeux !! Un grand merci pour cette attention. Nous reviendrons ici pour nos prochains séjours à Nice à coup sûr

Great sea side hotel in Nice!

Location and sea view. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning is magnificent! Just that makes the stay worth it. The tram stop is just behind the hotel, so it’s easy to go around. The staff were all friendly. The room was big and very modern.

If you like the beach side, you will love the location, but it’s far from the town and restaurants. The Aircon was not working properly. It was very hot, but since we were there during autumn/winter, we didn’t complain and just let it be. If it was summer, it would definitely be a problem. Our 1st breakfast was great, but the 2nd time, the food was old. It seems that they recycle the food and just reheated the leftovers. The gym was also closed during our stay.

Fantastic view but poor customer service

Sea view is fantastic, big room and comfy bed.

No water, no tea/coffee, no refrigerator. I called room service and ask to bring me a glass and ice, staff said that it costs 7 eur. That’s weird. I have never heard before something like that. If you do not care about customer services, then it would be good option to stay.

Disappointing 3 night stay, hotel has a lot of potential

Beautiful beach club, amazing big bed which was so cozy. Room interiors were modern and felt nice

The hotel as a whole seemed short staffed which really impacted our view of the stay very negatively. From the late night check in, a burger which took 2 hours to arrive, 3 reminders to order breakfast, a restaurant reservation which was never booked & non clear directions our room check in and further property details. The shower head also kept falling off and would not stay upright - a basic hotel necessity in my option! When we checked into the hotel, witnessed a lady complaining to the reception and that should have been a sign from the beginning. It was a very disappointing experience which as a result we will not return back.

Location was great.

The staff was understaffed. The bar ran out of juices and alcohol very early on. We had to order mocktails and it was still difficult as the staff was disorganized and overwhelmed by the number of people. The beach access is not included with the room and considering the price it seems like a rip-off, especially when asked for a 60 euros fee per person! We won't come back.

Very good in the most part, could do better in others..

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. The pool on the roof and the beach club are excellent. Breakfast is really good. The tram stop is behind the hotel and it takes you in to town in 10mins, no need for taxi/Uber anymore! Very happy and will stay again.

Service in the roof bar could be so much better. It can be very very slow which is a shame as the view is fantastic. Didn’t like Friday night club night, seemed to be for the locals and not the guests, couldn’t get a drink as the Q was so ridiculously long and there weren’t enough staff…

Would highly recommend.

Great location, very central to everything. The transport links were optimal & the beach view was stunning. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating & the rooftop bar & restaurant was lovely.
