Superb

So so friendly and helpful staff owners etc lack of lift was something we knew before we arrived but owners helped us room very big and central lovely welcome lovely breakfast room in my opinion should be given 2 stars !!

Stairs but we knew before we booked and wasnt really too much of a problem

Great Hotel in a great location

The owner was great and couldn't have been more helpful.

Nothing really..the view from our window wasn't great, but my brother in laws view was fantastic.

Location Staff Value for money

Toilets very small in size No dustbin or trash cash in the room. Only a super tiny one in the washroom Not possible to get takeaway since eating in the room is prohibited (see the attached photo of the notice)

Very good chocie if you don't expect luxuries

Very good location, in the most touristic part of the city. Nice staff.

Carpet floors are all but hygienic (no matter how many times they are cleaned). I suggest to remove them.

The location is ideal. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable.

Very friendly, I asked to leave my luggage and to come get it in the afternoon (even if the reception wasn't open) and it was no problem at all

Nice stay

The room was clean and comfortable. the staff was helpful and nice and the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and also to the tram line and city center.

the bars under the window were noisy. My room was on the first floor and I had a light bag, however, since there is no elevator it can be a bit hard with big luggage.

A nice little hotel in the city centre

The location is great, very close to the Saint Nicolas' church (city centre). The entrante is not very beautiful, it looks more like a youth hostel, but the price is very good, and then the rooms are confortable. Very clean, not noisy (I was there on a Saturday night, with the window opened). The staff is really nice. I had to come a few hours before the check in time and they offered me another room to fresh up, which was really nice. I recommend this place. And I thank the staff :-)

The corridor is a bit "youth hostel style". All the rest is fine.

Very cosy hotel in the city center

Good location in the heart of the city. Very friendly front desk staff. Room is basic but clean and comfortable.

No croissants for breakfast.
