There is literally nothing to like here at all. Flee or stay at great risk of regret.
This is not a dog friendly hotel at all, the staff are rude and do not understand hospitality and the place is a dump. The staff were aggressive and insulting and made me feel very uncomfortable about bringing my dog to the restaurant and in true French hospitality style they said it was MY fault and refused any kind of compensation for misleading me into thinking my dogs would be welcome. It is worth noting that my dogs go to Michelin starred restaurants all the time and are exceptionally behaved. My communications since feeling forced to leave what was a very unwelcoming situation has shown me that they are also extremely unprofessional and lack any basic hospitality skills. You would do best to avoid this city all together and go up closer to Paris to stop or closer to Beaune where you will find friendlier areas in general and dog friendly people.

Ok
Terrible pillow on the bed. So uncomfortable, it was difficult to sleep.
5.0
Comfortable because closed to the motorway and with parking
Room was very cold when arrived, took hours to warm it with heating split

convenient
there was a major mechanical problem in my room which made it impossible to sleep. I alerted this to the night staff and saying this was maybe from a washer dryer. he said he’d try to fix. two hours later 2am still unable sleep because of the noise I went again and complained. the fellow who nicely apologized saying it was the new power supply for the Wi-Fi and multimededia. that is plausible but it means that room 207 is unlivable and should be removed from commercial use.

The position was good and we liked that you had the car close by to your room. The room was comfortable but I have to say they are on the small side, but for just one night it was ample. There were a few minor repair that needed seeing to, like some missing small tiles in the bathroom, but on the whole it was good value for money.
There was coffee and tea in the room, a carton of water and a little madeliene cake each, a nice touch.
The breakfast was good and staff friendly.
I'm afraid the toilet wasn't completely clean, but I wouldn't judge on that minor issue.
I would stay again if passing that way in the future.

Shower was great, room was comfortable, great temperature control, easy free parking, late night check in, twin beds were big, it was quiet a night.
The room was a little small but it was manageable. Pillows were a little soft
5.0
Okay hotel for one night if you just need a bed.
In the middle of no where.

7.0
Quiet area, parking right next to the hotel.
The bathroom didn't have a shower cabin, water was pouring on the floor. Sink was inside the bedroom, while bathroom had plenty of space. Bed rather narrow with not such a comfy mat.

The air conditioner in our original room was broken. So we spent the next hour an a half trying get the staff to find a solution. Before they found one, the manager left the premises (probably because it was after midnight), leaving a brand new employee in charge. When he finally realized that he could not fix the air conditioner, he proposed another room which was still dirty from previous occupants. And for about 20 minutes he claimed that he couldn’t do anything else. In the end he offered us a different room, explaining that we may be charged more in the morning since it was an upgrade. It was at this time that we saw that our original room rack price was no more than the ‘discounted price’ we paid through Booking.com. This was our first time to stay at a Kyriad hotel and will probably be our last.

The meticulous details, such as an array of foods and drinks, and the accommodation was the best we have experienced.
We just loved our stay!

great location, quiet eve though close to main roads
rooms not particularly well sound insulated to other rooms and not as clean as they could be

I like the fact that I can park my car directly in front of the room. I also like it that I can take my dog on a long walk near the hotel.
The room is a bit "tight" when you're traveling with a large dog (Malinois) but we knew that and the pros clearly outweigh this con.

Reception staff very helpful. Enjoyed a good local meal at the adjoining restaurant. The beer and local wine are worth sampling.

Nice quiet location. We couldn't hear any noise from outside even though the hotel is near a road. The room was ideal for a stopover on our way home.
Foam pillows are not to our liking. The heating in the room is via an airduct just below the ceiling. Maybe the system needs maintenance. We always prefer lower heat but for some reason we were constantly turning the thermostat up to get the room warm. Normally 25 degrees would be unbearable. It must be faulty.
