agréable séjour à refaire

le petit dejeuner etait copieux avec des choix variés, le personnel accueillant et souriant. La chambre bien avec tout ce qu'il faut. J'ai passé un agréable séjours

Par contre le repas du soir était pas très varié comparé au petit déjeuné

Very good location.

The service level of the staff was low. When we for example that the room was not properly cleaned and that there was no shower gel in the shower the staff told us that they were sorry to hear that but could not do anything.

Pool dirty, steam room not working, being put on the 7th floor ( which requires two lifts) when there were other rooms available, parking inconvenient

The hotel was well maintained with a nice Spa area which we could enjoy. The rooms have a good size for 2 persons.

The bathroom weren't the most modern in our bedroom. There is a gap between the number of guests and the elevator capacity which leads you to wait after it a lot.

Nice stay, perfect breakfast but would not buy dinner for all stay (better try local restorants)

Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice of sweet and salty. Pool is small but nice. Sauna is super hot. Did not expected to be so hot, so it was a very nice surprise. Also they give the drinks in the evening for free with lot of usual mix like Gin and tonic or Whisky Coca included.

We order one evening dinner and New Year Dinner. I really did not liked that for ordinary dinner it was only one hot menu (fish) and for the New Year evening it was some strange smelling/stinking meet. At our table out of 4 people no one finished the meat meal... There should be some option for the people that doesn't like the first choice. It is partially compensated with the huge choice of cheese and deserts

Excellent location

we paid for three adults, no children and yet we were put in the smallest room showing on the floor plan. I did speak to the receptionist about this at she was not very helpful and said there was no scope to move us. I didn’t think it was fair that a couple were children that were smaller than three adults were given priority over the room size than us. We really did have the smallest worst room the window was 1 1/2 m from floor level. Or we could see was the sky

Great hotel, highly recommend.

Really good all round hotel, great breakfast and evening meal, quite handy for slopes (although any distance in ski boots is hard!) ski hire was on the way and there was a good lift to the slopes handy for ski school and lift passes, the hotel is close to the town. Nice spa area which was welcome after skiing. Very friendly staff. clean and comfortable rooms with responsive heating controls. would stay again!

The bar area was hot and busy at weekend. some rooms were troubled by rowdy residents who stayed up drinking til annoying o clock!!
