Danke, aber nicht wieder.

Lage

Raum war frisch renoviert und roch unangenehm noch nach Farbe. Kein Aircon ausser einem winzigen Luefter. Zugang zum Hotel fuer Personen mit Gehbehinderung unmoeglich. Kissen waren riesig und hart, nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. Fenster liessen sich nicht kippen.

Lokalita blízko centra, dostupné taxi, metro i místní hospody. Prostorný sprchový kout.

Dráha příplatková snídaně, cigaretový kouř z teras pod našimi okny. Velmi špinavá dvířka od sprchy, plíseň.

Apartahotel cómodo y que cumple bien su función.

Aunque la habitación es muy pequeña, todo está bien distribuido y el espacio bien aprovechado. La cama era cómoda y el hotel bastante cerca del S-Bahn. Estupendo disponer de cocina para desayunar y tener algunas cosas en la nevera.

Hay cocina y la gente la utiliza! Huele a comida por el pasillo y hay ruido cuando la gente llega a su habitación por la noche y te despiertan. La entrada del hotel es muy fea y un poco deprimente. El gimnasio estaba de obras, no llegué a verlo. Solo hacen la habitación una vez por semana, demasiado poco en mi opinión.

Unprofessionell und unhöflich.

Es wurden am Samstag ab 08:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, sodass es nicht möglich war zu schlafen. Das ganze Zimmer und die Decke haben vibriert. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat auf diese Mitteilung hin lediglich höhnisch gelacht und die Angabe über den vermutlichen Ort der Lärm Quelle von der 3. Etage auf eine andere korrigiert. Selten ist Hotelpersonal so unprofessionell und unhöflich aufgetreten. Wirklich keine Empfehlung. Die Gestaltung und Einrichtung des Zimmers reisen es auch nicht raus. Lediglich die Lage ist recht zentral. Sehr schade so ein Erlebnis. Hoffentlich wird etwas am Personal gearbeitet.

Our room was on first floor , over the entrance to the hotel. No air conditioning, had to open window for circulation which Is okay with the exception of being over the main entrance, hearing people all night long . We’ve stayed here many times a year and this was the least acceptable stay , we usually get the rooms with the kitchen . This stay no .

Comfortable hotel in quiet neighbourhood away from the city centre but close to public transport

The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood of Haidhausen close to Rosenheimer Platz Underground Station only two stops from Marienplatz central Underground station and square. The River Isar & Deutsches Museum and both within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful

The room was hot and I would imagine the lack of air-conditioning maybe an issue in the height of summer. An electric fan was provided so this didn’t spoil my stay. Breakfast was expensive poor value for money and I choose to eat elsewhere after trying once during my stay. I visited during the first weekend of Oktoberfest and the room price was easily the highest I have ever paid in Munich or even the rest of Germany. It didn’t seem to compare favourably with other hotel prices, the only justification was that prices where high in all hotels due to the extra demand. The cost may have been easier to swallow if Breakfast had been included in the price but as one member of staff pointed out ‘it sadly isn’t included’.

Eine super Unterkunft, wenn man in München zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Die Öffentlichliche Parkplätze vor der Tür waren bisher

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe Zentrum, das Zimmer bietet Alles, eine Küchenzeilre, eine Minibar und gute Matratzen. Wir waren öfters in diesem Hotel, diesmal hat das Frühstücksbüffet alles übertroffen. einfach lecker.

Best value in Munich

I loved this hotel. The rooms were excellent for the price and came with two free beers and two free waters. Bed was comfortable and it had a lot of extra things including a kitchenette. Breakfast was amazing. The location was about a 5 minute walk from the main town area which was perfect and it was easy to get too from the airport.

Great hotel!

Great location, we walked to the city centre in 20 minutes. Staff were polite and helpful. Lovely room, spacious with a little fridge. Big comfortable bed. Great shower. Secure luggage store. We wished we had stayed longer than one night!

The street was a little noisy but that's not the hotels fault! Maybe ask for a room on the opposite side if you're concerned about noise.

Enjoyable city

Good location, right next to tub station and 15 minute walk into the centre of Munich. Lots of places to eat round about it. Clean and the Do not disturb sign on the door was respected daily which was appreciated. Bathroom and shower were very decent too

The room and the hotel in general was so so warm. I’d seen a review saying this before but didn’t think anything off it because I’m always cold but wow there was no breeze or anything. Sauna constantly when you were in the room, worse after a shower.

Location is good, quiet, pretty neighborhood, a 30-min walk to the center

The hotel needs renovation, the common areas are old and run down and the rooms are only partly renovated - the rooms are also extremely warm which makes it difficult to sleep

I recommend it, and if I come to Munich again, it's a high probability I'll stay here again!

Location is top; near all places I wanted to visit! All the time I was on foot, no need for taxi or any other transportation! Room is fantastic, has everything I need; optimally sized room, excellent duvet and pillow, room temperature super; very good wifi, nice personel, clean.. etc etc...

Good side: The hotel is really nice, clean. Staff is really supportive and polite. Being a new person in Germany, staff helped me a lot. Best area, in the center of Munich.

Bit costly for long term accomodations. If it will be bit reasonable then I would like to spend my full tenure (6 months) here.

Superb

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room temperature was a bit on a colder side if you were staying there during the day but it was the perfect temperature for sleeping.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

Great location

Very good location, amazing staff. Great refurbished bathroom.

The only negative was our room was next to a lift and every morning there was a lot of banging from housekeeping trolley

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff

The room was fit-for-purpose and we appreciated the welcome package of beers, coffee and tea.

The WiFi signal was poor, which meant any free time for relaxation was a bit boring.
