Das nächste Mal würde ich ein ruhigeren Zimmer buchen

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Dr Preis ist etwas heavy für ein normales DZ zur Hauptstraße raus!! Da müsste man bei der Buchung drauf hingewiesen werden. Fenster über Nacht nicht zu öffnen, wel laut. Und wir hatten die Hotelbeleuchtung direkt unterhalb des Fensters, das war auch noch störend....

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war altmodisch. Hier besteht eindeutig Renovierungsbedarf. Besonders das Bad ist schon sehr angelegt

Für 2 Tage war es in Ordnung

Die gute Lage

Einrichtung der Zimmer…da gibt es viel modernere Zimmer… im Badezimmer die komplette Waschbecken- Konsole aus Kunststoff find ich persönlich nicht gut.

Hat es langsam hinter sich

Lage fußläufig zur Innenstadt und den dort befindlichen Restaurants. Für mich interessant, da das Hotel auch fußläufig zu meinem Bürostandort liegt, Nettes Personal an Frontdesk und auch an der Bar.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt mehr und mehr nach. Seit etwa 2 Jahren bin ich regelmäßig in dem Hotel und die Reinigung gerade im ziemlich altmodischen und abgelebten Badezimmer ist inzwischen dergestalt, dass ich lieber selber nochmal den Lappen schwinge und das Bad putze. Und ich bin tatsächlich als Camper nicht allzu zimperlich.

CLEAN ROOM IN HOTEL WITH AN EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR OUR NEEDS

LIMITED MENU WITH NO FLEXIBILTY ON ACCOMPANMENT TO THE MAIN DISHES OTHER THAN THAT OFFERED ON THE MENU. FOR EXAMPLE WE WANTED RICE / NOODLES INSTEAD OF POTATOES BUT THIS COULDN'T BE DONE. WE WERE ACCOMPANIED BY MY 94 YEAR OLD AUNTY WHO IS GERMAN AND WANTED RICE/NOODLES WITH HER SCHNITZEL BECAUSE OF CHEWING DIFFICULTIES BUT THIS WOULD NOT BE DONE. ALSO WARM POTATOES SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE WIENER SCHNITZEL VON SCHWEIN NOT COLD POTATOE SALAD.

No annoyance through emails PLEASE

The hotel was fine and served the purpose. And I liked the kiosk around the corner that is open till late, especially facing the pricing of in-room minibar (water at 4,50 € etc).

Do I really need to receive 7 (seven) emails prior to my stay that all were nonsense, factually? (No, I do not save time at checkin by filling in a web form upfront. Maybe the hotel saves time, but no, I do not save time, I feel molested.) I subtract one point per email in my rating.

Won't book again

That I was supported to change room on the second day

First room under the roof without air-con and window to the main street. In website of Hotel is non mentioning that rooms are located to main street and just ventilator below the roof!

Very pleasant stay in a nice clean hotel.

Location was perfect for me with business in Hilden. Breakfast was very comprehensive with a lot of choice.

Whilst I appreciate I was in Germany and German television will be in German - There was only a news channel in my language so entertainment in room was a little short in supply.

Airco in my room not working: had stay for 7 days told reception sitcom not working ( was promised it will taken care immediately nothing happens. Safe in the room was not working told reception nothing happened.

Worth of chosing the hotel for a good stay.

Location is near to town. Nearby to public transport and easy to plan. Foods nearby the hotel are really good.

Not a good night sleep sadly

Easy check in and nice staff on the desk. Lovely staff working on the bar.

The traffic noise! It was so loud. There is constant traffic all through the night. Even 4am of loud vehicles like trucks and buses going through the city. I had an exhibition the next day and had to function on maybe an hour or two of sleep. At this price I expect better. Small bed and room was very dated. Strange smell which was a mixture of old cigarette smoke and something else.

nice bar & dinner

it’s too far from Düsseldorf exhibition centre. peak hour taxi did cost me EUR82 and non peak hours EUR60. don’t get deceived by the distance shown on the app before you book it ! it’s nothing to do with the property to be honest, but it’s just purely the distance

problems in the first room with water drains. Smelly room. Staff was very pleasant and changed my room immediately
