Do not book when you need to use ac or heater, as is very loud, and you cannot get a good rest

Staff is ok

The fan of the heater was loud, moreover was very cold in the room, it didn’t work properly couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours, was very frustrating. The beds have wheels, so the bed is moving if you try to stay with the pillow against the wall I do not recommend to book a stay with this hotel, the staff is friendly For the cleanliness, I found a box of tissues maybe from the last people that stayed there.

Nie wieder betrete ich dieses Hotel

Außer der zentralen Lage ist es chon etwas schwierig Dinge zu finden die man als gefallen bezeichnen kann. Das ganze Hotel ist in einem jämmerlichen alten Zustand

Das Hotel hat einen jahrelangen Renovierstau. Mein Zimmer war an vielen Stellen komplett verdreckt. Cm dicke Staubschichten auf dem Kleiderscherschrank.... Fußleisten, Lampen, das Zimmer wurde während meines Aufhenthaltes einem überhaupt nicht geserviced... ansonsten wurden nie Glaeserraender etc. während meines 6 tägigen Aufenhaltes gereinigt. Leider war dies alles über Weihnachten, und Hotel wollte bei der Ankunft dass man den kompletten Betrag für die 6 Nächte bezahlt. Ich hatte die Rezeption mindestens 3 . 4 mal über diese Misstaende informiert... außer wir kümmern uns darum ist überhaupt nicht passiert.

The location is closed to the train station and the room size is okay, Staffs are nice and welcome

great location for walking into town and the hotel is not far from the train station. The lady staff at reception, She is polite and kindly help us move some heavy baggage into storage room near the counter. They have free coffee and tea corner at the lobby. Room size is quite bigger than other Ibis Style hotels.

No fridge in the room But we can drop our chocolates bars (souvenirs for our daughter) with the front. Thank you for your kindness.

Hotel was great, front desk reception was excellent. Offenburg was very hot and the front desk lady kindly help us upgrade to a room with air conditioning. Excellent service and room exceeded expectations.

Very good

Ibis styles was overbooked so we were asked to stay at Mercure for ibis price. Mercure had extraordinary room, swimming pool and sauna and magnificent breakfast. Location is also great: bus stop is 1 minute away

Not very far from the main road. Good place to stay a night. The woman in reception was very nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

We had a dog with us and it was not a problem if you paid 15€ (a little expensive in my opinion). The parking is 7€ a day and we didn't see that on the description.

Looked nice but disappointing service

Good location, open 24/7, good furniture and infrastructure.

While they advertise breakfast as an option on booking, there is a possibility that it may not be available even if you want to pay for it. During my stay, I was informed that due to a large group of European guests, the hotel couldn't accommodate breakfast for me, despite the fact that I want to pay for it. They recommended me to go to a place nearby to have breakfast. It was disheartening to see a hotel lacking the capacity to serve breakfast to all guests, despite offering it as a paid option. I recommend inquiring about the breakfast availability before making your booking decision.

Alissa and Gilbert were excellent hosts. They made our stay here an absolute pleasure. Thankyou very much

we absolutely loved the apartment. It was a great place to stay and was an excellent base to explore Lake Garda. We also took a day trip to Verona from there, which was about an hour to drive to. I would highly recommend a stay at this place.

The only minor thing was the loudness of the extractor fan in the bathroom.

Quiet location but close to the train station or the old city. Solid breakfast. Clean rooms. Super friendly staff.

Not the best pillow; bathroom was fine for me but some might find it a bit cramped.

Unhappy, dissatisfied, displeased.

The service is actually not good. They do not pick up calls on property even reaching out multiple times which led to additional charges for us at the property. No ammenieties like game room, hangout place availabe. Dissatisfied and annoying.

Good central location

Close to the train station. Receptionist very friendly, let us book in early no problem. Comfortable bed and very quiet so got a good night sleep. Also a short stroll into the town centre, with a Lidl just behind the hotel.

It was fine, no issues. Room maybe a bit small but I've had worse.

Great room view, and an overall quiet and calm enviroment for resting.

The queen bed were two single-beds together, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that they keep moving with the slight movement (i.g. sitting down).

I booked for a double bed and they give me a small single bed. The single bed is much smaller.

Breakfast is OK but not that excellen for 13 euro. I expect more fresh and more chooice.

It seems not all are fresh.

Good

I think what I liked most about this place is it's staff. They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good for my taste.

I didn't like the bed, because it was moving all the time when I was turning around. I hoped to see at least a tiny bottle of water welcoming me in the room after a long trip. And I didn't like the kettle full of scale, because my tea was ruined an it upset me. All in all, I was able to get a good sleep which was the most important.

the apartment was very cold, if you turn on the heater it makes so much noise and it doesn’t heat fast. The idea that you need to insert a coin everytime you have to move out with car is so unnecessary, I wanted to get out after midnight and I wasted so much time because nobody was there to give me this coin and I had to figure out everything on my own.
