Sehr Zufrieden!

Der Spabereich war super, alles sauber und genug zum Genießen. Die Infrarotkammer war auch mal was neues. Auch positiv über die Badewanne im eigenem Bad überrascht. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen mit genügend Auswahl, der Kaffee schmeckt richtig gut und mein Highlight war das total freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal. So wurde der Mutter-Tochter-Urlaub sogar noch besser als erwartet! Kommen definitiv wieder!

At half the price, it might have been a good deal we would probably not choose anyway.

The location

Misleading photos and description of the room. No air conditioning, no ventilation of any sort, bugs in the room. The breakfast was underwhelming at best.

I was very satisfied with all services in Creativhotel Luise. The room was very clean, breakfast just perfect, staff all very friendly. Furthermore you can walk easily to the town centre in about 10minutes. I definitely recommnend this place :)

Excellent rooms and breakfast with a great location for business in Erlangen.

Very clean rooms and facilities, breakfast was really excellent.

The rooftop terrace closed at 21:00 which I thought was a bit early.

Good bed, clean room.

There were frequent sounds of drilling and reconstruction, and the price was quite expensive for a room of that kind in a city like Erlangen, in my opinion.

An interesting hotel.

It is a nice alternative and creative project. It raises awareness of our role and responsibility on global environment. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast had fresh and tasty products. Filter coffee was excellent. Location was excellent. Quality of sleep very good. Beauty farm was excellent. Hotel has a lot of potential to be developed.

In the absence of a restaurant or room service at the hotel, I would have welcomed a couple of vending machines or at least a kettle in the room to prepare a hot beverage.

A great stay full of pleasant surprises

If you have two adventurous young kids, room 301 has some great surprises for you you have never seen before. Also for the parents, love the little details that make the stay exceptional. The staff was very friendly, breakfast just great. We would come back without a doubt.

Two minor things: - a little stool would be nice so the little one can reach the tap - the EV chargers didn’t work and by the time I found out the reception was closed. However there are more than enough regular + red high voltage sockets available to use so all was good.

Sustainability is a priority

Modern hotel, close to the town center, very clean rooms, great breakfast bar, lots of natural light everywhere, parking garage, elevator. Cute accents in the bedroom include modern hanging decorations, a hanging plant and “Gute Nacht” (Good Night) printed on the ceiling above your head. Hopefully when the pandemic is over the wellness area will reopen. The quasi-rooftop garden is a nice touch, and would certainly be great in spring and summer, but was not active or accessible while I was there.

It is not really “did not like” but more informative for travelers from overseas. Relatively small single rooms with tiny en suite bathrooms. While this is the European norm, it might be surprising to overseas travelers. But on the other hand the room and bathroom layouts are extremely ergonomic and well appointed. As long as the traveler is aware of this it should not have too much of a negative impact.

Modern hotel in it's outlook and values, however, the rooms are depressing and drab.

It is certainly an eco-friendly hotel, with a modern lobby and facilities.

However, the rooms are decorated as per the 1970's. Very old fashioned and a little worn. Not in the line with the brand of the hotel. The rooms are very drab and depressing.
